Food was fantastic! The server was super kind! However, we did find the bottom of the bottomless fries as we were only given one new serving of fries our entire time there. We spent more time without fries than we did with fries. Servers tend to check on you repeatedly before food is served as 3 different people approached our table from being seated, ordering drinks, being served appetizer and after the meals were served our waiter only checked on us once with a refill of drinks and fries. Wait staff should be more observant of tables and be ready to serve new fries.
A lot went wrong my last visit, so I’ll do a list:-I requested avocado be added to my burger. They charged me $1.50 for the extra topping (which is fine), but only 2 small slivers were added. I would have asked for that charge to be refunded if the server ever came to my table once we saw the bill.-My husband had a hair in his burger.-We ordered the cheese dipping sauce for our burgers and fries, and it wasn’t brought out with our meal. I assumed someone would bring it out shortly after, but no one came near our table for 15 minutes. By that time we were practically done with our food. I mentioned it to the server and he didn’t apologize, he just said he’d take it off the bill.-We ordered bottomless fries and root beer floats, and our server refilled the float once even though it was empty for 80% of our visit, and never offered to refill our fries. He also never refilled our empty waters.-I was celebrating my birthday, and was excited for the free sundae that usually accompanies it. But the hostess and the waiter never asked if we were celebrating anything.I will also mention we went in at about 5:30 on a weekday, and it was NOT busy, so there isn’t a good reason the server was so inattentive.
Food was good, this time.Service was awful thoughIf the employees spent time cleaning and actually doing their table touch to check in with us. This would’ve been a good experience. I hope whoever is in charge of making sure the jobs are done right sees how the staff ruins the experience of paying customers. Seats had crumbs stuffed an inch around all edges. Watched it take two people 15 minutes to clean a table next us. Our table was never cleared once. Had to stand up and find my own napkins. Would not recommend unless a change of staff was presented. We were there 06/16/22 between 7pm-8pm.No need for a BS response from Red Robin offering me to complain somewhere else. Several other people have the same issue and nothing is ever done about it. ??♀️
Came in hungry for a lunch break and had my free birthday burger. It was great service from the time I walked in all the way to the last bite. It was cooked perfectly and I didn’t even have time to take a picture of my eye candy food. But the fries keep coming? thank you Bethany for the amazing service today.
Everywhere is short staffed, we get it. But Cloe saved our entire experience. We waited a while for food and overall service.In the mist of our hangry frustration, we stopped Cloe and asked for refills on our waters after we waited about 10 minutes. This girl saved the day. She brought us drinks, and fries, and food, then more fries. Our original waiter was blown out of the water by her remarkable service. Make her manager? A trainer? This woman needs to lead the team here. She’s consistent, reliable, and speedy fast at granting requests. At one point I watched her help every table in my eye sight even though they weren’t her tables. She’s carrying this restaurant on her shoulders. Nice job Cloe. Keep it up!
My husband and I went there yesterday during their lunch rush. And we LOVED the service! The food was brought out to us really quickly and they checked on us frequently. I was really impressed! 10/10 recommend! Plus the waiter that served us was AMAZING! Great attitude and good suggestions on what to order. Good job!
Food was great and our service was wonderful. There was a little wait but understandable given the labor shortage. The reason I only gave 3 stars is the place is getting run down the bench seat I had was so broken there was no padding and you could feel the wood frame. The carpets looked like they were 15 years and and had never been washed. For a big chain restaurant I was kind of a shock it had gotten so dilapidated.
Friendly staff and a pretty good atmosphere. I got a big ol burger and I was very satisfied with the flavor and portion size..had some pear lemonade that was delicious. Server checked up my group often so I felt cared for. Over very good experience
Super disappointed with our experience here tonight. :( out of all the places, our 6 year old daughter wanted to go here for her birthday dinner. We got seated, and told our waiter that we were there celebrating her birthday. He let us know that at the end of dinner, they would bring out a birthday sundae and sing to her. Not only did we never get refills on our bottomless fries, we sat with empty drinks most of the time we were there, and our orders were messed up twice. At the end of the meal, we sat and waited for 20 minutes for her birthday treat and song, which never happened. Ultimately we paid on the ziosk and left upset. When I’m dropping nearly $100 on a meal for the family, I expect that the place will have better service, and at least not drop the ball on my 6 year old who was so excited for the experience. We won’t be back.
This restaurant has great food and even great consumer service. They had a cool Onion Ring tower and a cinnamon donut tower two. I really wish I had gotten pictures of them. The only thing I wish they did was put raspberry in their raspberry Lemonade like they do their strawberry Lemonade.
