I have always liked this place but probably won't be back .Today the waitress(skinny gray hair lady) was awful. From the minute she seated us she was put out. She was rude and even more put out when she had to make margarita. We watched her behave like this everytime she seated a new customer. It was very rude! The previous owner would never have allowed customers to be treated this way. What a shame.
It's just not the same restaurant it used to be. The wait staff is young and inexperienced and not attentive at all. I have been coming to this restaurant since it was Mi Casa back in the day, and I know it has changed hands. The menu hasn't changed one bit, so I am confident in saying that this is more or less the same restaurant it has always been. It's just different now. The food didn't seem to have the same flavor, and it kind of seems like they are just coasting by on people like me going back for the nostalgia. Unfortunately there are just way better Mexican restaurants in town now and a ton of other dining choices. It's sad, but I don't see myself coming back.

Cassie and Toby have kept allyour favorite classic recipes, and all the things we have always loved are still right there, tucked away on Cliff Street! A true local gem, Plum Loco never goes out of style! Our food was delicious!! The service was over the top!!! Ask to be seated in Maddies section. She is friendly,bubbly and has a great personality!! Very attentive!!!

Love this place, it dont look like much from the outside however you will be supprised how well decorated it is. Very relaxing, good food, great prices.
