Our Pizza Hut rocked their Super Supreme with loads of veggies! You had to use two hands to hold it because it had so many toppings! My kids loved the extra sausage pizza they had, too. Overall, I was very satisfied. Our driver was very nice, too!!
This pizza hut is awesome my favorite place to eat lunch,Keisha waits on me at this place 4 days a week and does wonderful job,her and Chad the manager male it a wonderful experience. Awesome service and food is great!!!###
Delivery time was supposed to be 45-60 minutes, but it came in 30 which was quite inconvenient because I was balls deep in my wife at the time
The fact that the boss felt that it was NECESSARY to slander my name as a cook is obscene. I left this job after a week, all be it without giving my two week notice, because for one; I had a much better opportunity waiting for me. The other reason being they treat their kitchen staff very unfair. At the beginning you have to sign a contract saying you forfeit any rights to any kind of lunch break which is ludicrous. I as a cook at this place was only trained by a cook who had one foot in the door, and no one else. I on the one day that I worked by myself, couldn't get the time to go to the bathroom or get water. The couple of times that I did get a break, I chose to just sit and catch my breath because the orders where non stop and that is too much for one person to handle. Oh, and lets not forget the fact that they would label stuff, and if it was going bad, push it out for another 3-4 days. That is disgusting. The fact that absolutely NO ONE washed their hands as well is disgusting. The kitchen was a nightmare, and they refuse to pay a livable wage to their staff. So do yourselves a favor, if you're thinking about working in any of these establishments, don't. It's not worth the effort.
The level of un-professionalism at this store is insane. I've worked in many different industries including several different restraunts, and have never worked at a place so disgusting. I just really hope the public to know that they change dates on old dough. Not a single person but maybe a couple managers even wash there hands. I watched that place maticulously, for over a month and I would seriously never recommend eating here. There so many health code violations, and just inadequate hygiene from everyone there. Literally when I first started every single person was sick. But they can't get employees to stay long enough they have the same people working day in and day out. Regardless of their hyeigen or health. Please don't take your loved ones here if you care about your health and safety.
Pepperoni Lovers was fantastic. I've been to lots of Pizza Places & still Pizza Hut makes the best !!! If you haven't tried it, your missing out.
Staying at Quality Inn, in Idaho Falls. Ordered which was a tesious nighmarr of confusion. Upon completion a $4 charge was added. Iasked what it was for and was told it was to insure the drivers. Then was asked how much of a tip I wanted to add to my card. I stated if the service was good I would tip cash. Order came promptly, I tipped $5 cash to a courteous driver. Because they were close I asked if she could bring me ranch for the wings I ordered. To which the driver said she would be happy to deliver (I tipped $5 for a 5 minute drive) I was called by the manager and informed I did not request ranch therefore I would get none. This is the last time I ever order from Pizza Hut! Plus they charged me a dollar for crushed red peppers for my pizzas. $10 dollars in extra charges for a $30 order. NEVER AGAIN. Poor customer service. Except for the courteous driver.
Nothing like the hut! Pizza for a family. It’s good but the prices have gone up that I’ve noticed in this location it’s in the I Grand Teton Mall parking lot off of 17th. Never quite seems busy they must be doing more of deliveries then in-house eating. At night they get a little bit busier but during the day it seems awfully slow around there. I’ve always liked there bread and some other things off the menu.
Ordered the triple treat box on Jan 1 at 5:30 pm and didn't get it til 7:35 pm. When I did get it, the pizza was cold and uneatable. This was a travesty for me and my guests. I don't know how pizza hut can be ok with this kind of service. Shame on you guys!
Customer service is horrible management will argue with you over everything. Even after waiting a whole hour for our pizzas to be delivered when the pizza was incorrect. We called to get it replaced and we were told that if they replaced it would take an additional hour so we would be waiting for a total of two hours just to get the correct food.
