NEVER ORDER AN EDGE PIZZA and if you do go there order it and consume immediately or it is dry and hard. Just expensive for what it is

This is the worst Pizza Hut in Idaho falls… our pizza was burnt and didn’t taste quite right and we only received 5 wings instead of the 8 that we ordered. The wings were also burnt and didn’t taste that good. Won’t go to this location again

Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. I ordered pizza and breadsticks (now that they have them again), my pizza tasted funky and my breadsticks came looking like this. Service has been going downhill for the past year. I'm done with pizza hut.

I honestly loved ordering Pizza Hut from time to time. The experience use to be on point. However, the issues have piled, starting with the ordering app. I think there was an update of some sort sometime last year.1. For a long time drinks could not be ordered through the website for some strange reason. You had to call the store to add drinks.2. Delivery times vary so much and I honestly assume it's due to employee turnovers. Sometimes the timeline is communicated well, but primarily, it's a surprise.3. You pay for extra toppings, but when you get the pizza, it looks basic. Nothing extra about it. Which doesn't make sense if I paid for extra toppings. Also, I received a pizza recently that had mini pepperoni on it, versus the usual size. I had paid extra for more pepperoni. It's one thing to skip the request, leaving me with the basic quantity. Do you know how ridiculous the pizza looks when mini pepperoni are used instead. It looked like a cheese pizza with a few spots of pepperoni and undercooked. I called to speak with someone, but since I had called a few seconds before due to missing an item (explained below), I guess that is why I was ignored.4. The app includes items that are no longer available. So when you receive your order and call the store asking about the missing item, being told "the item doesn't exist anymore" just burns you up inside when a phone call explaining the issue could give an opportunity for an option to choose another item. Nope, I called and the lady explained that they don't carry the item anymore, then asked if I wanted my money back. What makes it worse is my husband asked the driver about the missing item and the driver just walked away and didn't respond further. Why is it on the app if it's not made anymore??? I would rather have more drink options.I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I also do not like to feel cheated. I don't know what's happened to this location.......but something has to give. Too bad I have to fall back and stop giving my money.It feels more like charity at this point. When you donate to charity, you expect nothing in return. Sadly, that is the reality when ordering from this Pizza Hut.

We had to wait 2 1/2 hours to receive our pizza after they told us they ran out of dough to make the ones we wanted. We said we would do the thin n crispy, but even after that, they still took two hours to give us our food. I will not be ordering from them again.

An hour after I made an online order and followed with a call to the store to clarify how we wanted our contact less pickup I got a call that they'd run out of crusts and couldn't make our pizza. They called over 20 minutes after our pickup time. Ridiculous!!!

Used to work here. Management is extremely toxic and all they care about are labor costs and the bottom line being met for the company. Staffing has always been an issue and they don't believe in paying above minimum wage for people just starting. It was always a struggle retaining good employees and the effects made the customers suffer with longer delivery times and cold food. It's simply overwhelming during rush hours with 2-3 employees working. If you want your food fast and done properly I wouldn't recommend eating here.

I'd appreciate it if all the ingredients I was charged for are actually on the pizza. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and olives, but there was no sausage on the pizza, even though I was charged for it.

The store was great. Finally got my pizza correct. But the new website and the changes you have made to crust toppings and to the app have me thinking about not returning. If ease and speed is the only concern over customer satisfaction then I rather eat some other place. And one more thing, instead of wasting things like the breadstick sauce, maybe include an option to not get the sauce.

If I could give zero stars I would! I placed my order on a deal that they have going on, when I got my order it looked disgusting. Like someone literally just threw pieces together and called it a pizza. I called and spoke to someone about it and they said that they just got too busy and just started throwing all the pizzas into boxes. I find this unprofessional and a disgrace! I wanted a refund but she hung up on me. Now they are supposedly “closed”. Pizza Hut make this right!
