The pizza we ordered took hour to arrive , cold.We received the right pizza but could not enjoy it because it was like chewing cardboard. And the lack of toppings. I think we learned our lesson. We will never order fro there again!
The gentleman that not only took my order at the end of his long day at work, even delivered my order putting himself home much later than I'm sure he intended or wanted. Thanks guy who's name I didn't remember!
When I worked here my managers had the perfect level of management and communication. Genuinely felt as if they did want to work with me. Environment wasn't too overwhelming and the food was pretty good!
Big box pizza 25$ ..horrible pizza/wings/ bread sticks. No toppings on an inch think loaf of bread. What happened to good quality food. Does noone care anymore.All went to garbage! ?Update: the manager needs to take a step down. He was not fun to talk to! Needs some classes on dealing with customers!
Normally our orders come out amazing from this location. This last order was not one of them. Service was rude when I went in to pickup my order. Pizza had been over cooked and the 3 ranches that I ordered were never put in the box. I even asked about the ranch before we left. In an irritated manner and while walking away the man said sharply, their in the box. Got home now ranch. Frustrating because this is usually a friendly place.
Received the wrong crust on my pizza (stuffed crust instead of pan). When I called the store about the problem, they said they were out of pan crust. I would just like to get the pizza I order or at least get a call asking if I would like to continue the order or what I would substitute.
It was easy to order. To pick exactly what I wanted on both sides of my pizza. It made my wife very happy. Thank you.
I order regularly. The pizza is never ready in 15 minutes and I end up sitting in the curbside pickup space for 10 minutes. I went yesterday and sat in the space for 15 minutes and finally went into the store and picked up my pizza. It was ready but no one brought it out.
We received one of our pizzas with hardly any cheese/toppings. There was so little cheese on it that we thought they forgot to put it on. There were several pieces that was just dough with sauce on it. We have a picture should you wish to see for yourself.
The pizza was made horribly. Lack of toppings and way too much sauce. No additional seasonings on crust as requested. And cut ridiculously. I had to recut several pieces because a quarter of the pizza was one slice and the other half was small slivers. Very disappointed with this experience.
