We love Papa Tom's. I have been bringing My family Hear since they was little. And now my oldest are 21 years old. And all 3 of my boys love it to. I am hooked on the Ruben sandwich. My husband loves the Philly cheese steak sandwich. And my kids love the pizza. And we never leave without a family match of pool.

The pizza here has always been top-notch! I've been coming here for more than 30 years and it's always been one of the best places to go.The wait time is the only problem I've ever had. Today, the wait was an hour and a half. Probably to be expected on a Saturday at dinnertime, but that is the only reason for the 4-star rating. Their pizza seriously deserves a 10/5!!The atmosphere hasn't changed much from the old pizza joints of the 90's. Still a good place to get good food!

Terrible service. My grandson's dad, reserved the sunroom for a birthday party and they let some other family sit in the reserved area. They refused to make them move. I will never go back! Has been my favorite pizza for over 30 yrs.

Came tonight place was packed. Ordered pepperoni extra cheese and was told 45 min. Took 1.5 hrs and had no cheese and was a tortilla shell style pizza won't be back

Pizza was great, extra crunchy crust. 3 stars is because of wait. Got there at 4:30, not busy but was told it was 45 minute wait due to staffing shortage. We were willing to wait since we got there early but ended up being 90 minute wait (not fun with 4 kids). Does have a fun atmosphere with arcades but not sure if it’s worth it with such a long wait time. We had gone the week before and left because wait was 60 minutes. So if you do go, get there at least an hour before you want to eat.

The atmosphere is very lacking, and the place felt run down. The floor was really dirty. Most of the kitchen staff weren't wearing hair nets or gloves. I also felt sorry for the girl who took our order, she seemed really overworked. She was doing the phones, taking orders, refilling drinks... But was still nice to customers, so props to her!The food was just okay. Nothing to write home about. I noticed that the crust had a sort of fermented taste to it, almost like beer. I don't know if that's part of the recipe or if the yeast in the dough was starting to ferment from sitting out. If it's the latter, nasty!

The atmosphere is very weird and old, but somehow really charming? Not the best pizza I've had, but really not bad. Good for Idaho Falls. The crust was like a cracker. Toppings on point. Service was great, even though we had quite a wait. If I could take the crust from Lucy's and toppings from Papa Tom's, I think that most night be the perfect pizza.

I would rate this place at 2-1/2. I ordered a pizza and wings from here. I asked that the wings be cooked crispy. Nope that didn't happen and the pizza was horrible. Asked for a refund and I believe we received credit which we have never gone back to use. I know this place is or was an icon in I.F. but that was back in the day. The kids working there or management needs to reevaluate their practices. Wish I could like it, not happening.

The food is a definite 4 to 5 star. However we have had multiple issues with our orders being wrong(mostly with sandwiches) And tonight we wanted pizza delivery but no one would answer the phone I tried several times over 35 minutes. Finally we called papa johns and were going to wait over an hour which is fine.I wish Tom's would have answered and taken our order cause we would have happily waited for them too.(p.s. the phone was not busy it just rang and rang).

Whenever I hear anyone ask about pizza, Papa Tom's is almost universally agreed upon as the best pizza in town. Customization is fine but the pizzas they have on the menu are all crowd pleasers, plus they have the cheapest pitchers in town (Soda or Beer, whatever your pleasure is.)
