I've been avoiding this restaurant because I've had bad experiences a few years ago. I was pleasantly surprised this time. The food was good. There were plenty of choices. The staff were quick and efficient. I will definitely go there again
It is Panda Express. Nothing terrible but nothing great. The staff aren't exactly cordial but then again it's fast food and can't really expect anything more. The food was ok but seemed like for such a short line, they had issues getting the order to the window.If you are in a hurry, I would try somewhere else. If you really need the MSG fix,not a bad option. Keep in mind that every time I have been in the past year, prices continue to increase and the food stays the same. Dunno how much longer the cost will outweigh my demand and I stop going.
Love this place. The honey sesame chicken is the bomb!
The one time we ate at this location our food was overly spicy. After eating it and being dissatisfied with it, we called in to inquire about it. They had apparently over spiced the food and offered us a free meal the next time we came in within a certain period of time. A couple of weeks later we decided to take advantage of that and went in to get our food. We were able to get the deal and the food quality that time around tasted great so no complaints there. However, we did notice the behavior of the manager towards his employees. Not sure if it was the manager or the assistant manager but he was very condescending to his employees and talked down to them on several occasions. Walked around with his nose down at his fellow employees. Came across as the type of guy that has a strong ego about his positon that he only obtained most likely because of years of experience and the general manager had no other choices due to the employee issues that have been dealt with lately in every workplace. We found his behavior highly unprofessional and will not support this restaurant in the future. Will plan on going to the other location in Ammon that we have always had great experiences at.
No samples..... not right. I think this is a ploy to save money on food costs. Forget customer satisfaction. I asked for a sample of something I haven't tried yet.... and they said No.... go figure. Otherwise the restaurant was clean and the food I ordered was what I expected. Portion was ok. Good place for decent Chinese food.
Really nice restaurant, you can tell it's new. Good food, and they had Sweet and Sour chicken!! crazy! also, one of the employees found someone debit card and went way out of there way to find the rightful owner and saved a customer a frickin nightmare in the process. good place, decent food.
Lyn was very polite. She greeted us with a smile, she helped us get the food we wanted. When the food was ready she brought it to are table. She had a very positive attitude. The food tasted absolutely WOW!! 5 stare for amazing customer service and awesome food!Will come again.
Came in right as they opened. The manager is excellent. Very personable, nice and accommodating. And the whole staff was busy and hardworking.The food was also excellent. Well cooked and tasty. We are very happy we came in. Definitely the best Panda Express visit we have had!
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. To this day they don't give you change when you pay with cash because the manager can't make it to the bank && claim that there is a change shortage. SO the customer pays extra every single time instead of Panda expess. The food is over cooked, especially the honey walnut shrimp. Don't waste your time or money
Delicious food… but, teriyaki sauce is always way too thick. I have to go home and mix water with it before I can even use it. I don’t like going through the drive through cause they never give me chopsticks when I ask and they get mad when I ask again. They’re a LOT friendlier in store instead of drive through. Then, I have to take my food to go and get back in my truck to leave. You get your food way faster if you pick it up in the store. This store is SO slow with the drive through that I used to drive all the way to Ammon just to get better customer service ?
