Learn what delivery is, plenty of apps out there. Will never visit or order from you again... try Thai Kitchen better food and actually offer a delivery option!! Not to mention when I call and cancel my order after i ordered delivery and was informedpick up only, I get a call back saying it's my problem because I used an app!! I will never again visit this establishment. I have lived in 25 different cities and NEVER found a Chinese restaurant that offered no delivery.... what a waste of a business!!! Hope you go bankrupt!!
Placed the order for pick up, it was warm and ready when we got there. Staff was friendly and the food was great. Loved the pork fried rice...

I've never ordered Mongolian chicken b4 so I ultimately searched for several descriptions of this dish. All descriptions say the chicken is crispy with a sweet and savory sauce. Well, much to my disappointment, the dish looked like chicken vegetable soup....tons of onions and mushrooms...basically no chicken. This was a pickup order so the disappointment was real because I couldn't return it for a refund.

-Ordered online 45 minutes before our schedule pick up.-wait inside the lobby for our food for 2 hours-while we were waiting during those two hours, new dine-in customers were seated, served food, and left before we had ours.-it appears they're not organized in serving orders in the first order first serve basis.-bad customer experience.-they should have comped our order or provided gift cards
The place was really crowded with last minute Christmas eve parties, but the staff went out if their way to make sure everyone was taken care of. Was a good experience.
The food here is consistently good. If you call in a take out order, they can usually have it ready in about 15 minutes. It's always steaming hot, the portions are generous, and the price is very reasonable.
