Got a sausage muffin said no dairy, sans butter and cheese. Waited 10 minutes for the sandwich. Opened sandwich it had butter and cheese. They refused to correct the mistake. It happens every time I order from here. Never going back!
McDonald's still carries salads but this one does not. Ordered Filet o fish, 3 hamburgers and a shake. They must have gone fishing for my fish bc I had to park and wait over 10 minutes! But they gave me the shake, which wasn't mine, so it had sufficient time to melt. Then when the worker came out to deliver my food, no "sorry for the wait" or "here's your order. Thank you." I got "here" when she handed it to me. Maybe if I am really craving McDonald's will I ever visit here again.
Amazing when the person at the drive-thru window says to pull ahead then slams the window although the area to pull ahead is already full. Nice way of saying, "we are busy collecting money, now LEAVE!" (although the food hasn't been provided). Doubt a single person there knows the definition of "customer" and that pesky word is most likely removed from all training material by corporate decree. Won't be back -ever- and well understood that they could care less.
The finally got our order right but when we received our hot fudge sundaes they weren't even half full. We said woah, we spent $6 for two of these can we get more in each please. The gal said sure. Then a moment later someone else came to the window and said they can only do 3 swirls. He then condescendingly laughed at my husband. My photos say this is way less than 3 swirls. Very disappointed. I will go to the other mcdonalds across town because they don't have a problem filling up their dessert.
I would say it's one of the better McDonald's in town. They have never messed up my order and my food is always hot.
When I order 2 sausage McMuffins and 2 breakfast burritos and ask for mild sauce I do not believe there is any excuse for forgetting the mild sauce in such a small order. With the way the economy is going right now people want what they pay for.
The fries at 4 a.m. are typically fresh and my order was complete and correct.Typical McDonalds, but the grave shift crew is excellent. Polite and quick.
Not impressed at all. Waited 45 minutes for my food. Got given 2 other people's orders and almost at least 2 others. Went in and complained. Kevin was not professional about it. Ended up making them refund my money and left with cold fries that were left in an order on a counter and a cold filet o fish. Still didn't get my sauce for my nuggets!
Open 24 hours that's my kinda of fast food. Always open. Drive thru is fast even on a Saturday night! Two thumbs up for Micky Dee's.
Been here multiple times and rarely ever get the correct order. After driving all the way back the manager gave us a refund but refused to redo the order right. I hope not giving away two chicken sandwiches is worth losing frequent customers because we won’t be coming back to this Broadway McDonald’s. Super unprofessional staff.
