Literally just tried to order and they couldn't get the simplest order straight now I get to miss out on lunch from work and I literally work in the same parking lot. Pathetic staff.
Ordered a hamburger and realized half way through it was red in the center. Woke up the next morning with food poisoning. Absolutely disgusting.
I usually use the curbside pickup. Usually quicker than the drive through.
It's McDonald's. It's not great, but it's not horrible either. They had good service at this one.
Drive through always makes you pull up and wait but still continues to rake orders without filling current orders waiting of the time they forget something. 80% missing items or wrong order.
The stars are for their fast service. My daughter likes the food.
This used to be our go to location since it is the closest to our home and work. It has recently gone down hill. 9/10 times our order will be wrong. We will be missing items, sandwich's or fries. We have also been OVER charged and frankly I am not going to dispute my drive threw food EVERTIME I go. I would just avoid this location.
Seriously the worst. Went through the drive thru asked before I order if they had the item made. Was told yes. Ordered, paid, got to the and was told it would be 12 minute wait. Or I could get something different... Long story short they weren't giving me an even exchange when i asked for my refund the girl at the window was so rude.
I visited the 17th street store and tried to use a coupon from the app and it wouldn't accept the coupon! The employee's were friendly but no manager tried to assist with the situation. It seems like everytime I visit this location there is an issue with their computers and I'm just out of luck which as a customer isn't fair or my fault. I was extremely disappointed with this visit,as a matter of fact the last few visits. : (
Quick and great! Though honestly I do wish more of the self checkouts were working and that they were a bit more responsive to my inputs. Wasn't bad just seemed like the system would hang for a moment at every touch or option selected.Otherwise, absolutely fantastic! Clean quick and very good, same experience I had a few years back after pride.
