Over the course of 2 days, I ordered 4 large orders from Lucy's, two of which I wanted to pick up 15 minutes prior to their opening time. Every time I arrived to pick up my orders I was greeted with a smile and my orders ready. They were so wonderful to accommodate my requests! The people I delivered the orders to were so excited to have Lucy's pizza, as it is always delicious! I will be ordering again and again!
I'm really grateful that they offer delivery, since I hate leaving my apartment on my day off lol. Every time I have ordered from them, they have been pretty quick and even when they're incredibly busy (like around the holiday season), they are careful to make sure everything is made well. All the delivery people I've had the pleasure to meet have been very nice, but there's one guy in particular I see the majority of the time. I don't know his name, but he's always really polite, courteous, and everything is delivered well (still hot, not tipped over or anything). I live in a large apartment complex with a very weird layout, but I never have to worry about him finding it. Thanks guys, everything is great!
The best NY-style pizza ? this side of New York! You'll feel like you're back in Brooklyn again (or Long Island) when you partake in this delectable delight. ? Breanna was our food server and she was a very friendly, warm, and courteous young lady who made sure that we had a good time while we were there, and that all of our food needs were met. When we're in Ammon, Idaho I and my family will definitely eat at Lucy's New York Style Pizza again!
If your tongue wants to savor the flavor of pure awesomeness - then Lucy's has you covered! The Zestpian was like a magical spicy unicorn prancing on my tongue singing, "Zesty!!". Their gluten free crust is good and their gluten free brownies are even better! Imagine a sweet, gooey, little chocolate square of perfection making your every gluten wish come true - except there is no gluten! It's perfection! Can't wait to return here! The staff was amazing too! Our family kept spilling drinks (this never happens!) And she was so friendly about It! Amazing waitress! Give her a raise or the very least, some free gooey chocolate squares of love!
This is my favorite place for pizza in Idaho Falls. The Zestpian and Pacific are my fave. (We don’t need to debate if pineapple should be on pizza or not ?) oh and don’t forget the Firesticks if you like a little spice.
I am not sure what was going on tonight regarding their computer system, or specifically your employees. Some people needed to be helped and three or four girls were standing up in the front just dancing. There were two blondes and then a young lady with a sweatshirt one that had brown and red hair. I understand trying to make the work atmosphere, one you would like to go to, but when it comes to your guests, they come first. Then the computer was offline or something.aAlso, I didn't appreciate the young lady with the brown and bright red hair underneath, continually walking up and down in the front to act as though she was doing something when she wasn't doing anything AT ALL that I could see. She didn't even attempt to ask if I had been taken care of yet. It was as though she purposefully avoided acknowledging me.There was a server in a green and black sweater, who ended up taking care of my to-go order who was extremely pleasant, helpful, prompt, and made sure that I had everything I needed. Please give her a raise her customer service skills are impeccable and please find more employees like her. If you do, then you will have not only the best pizza in town but the best service as well.Thankfully I got her name for the future visits so that I know who to ask for because I know she will make sure it is done right. I give her 5 stars, but for the rest of the experience, I would give 0 stars if possible. This was the location on Hitt Road.
They had problems with wait staff. We were sat within 5 minutes. Then waited 10 for waters and to order drinks. I think the manager cane to our wing and asked if anyone had not had contact with a waitress. There was a large family sat right behind us who hadn't. Once they took care of their drinks our drinks finally came. We weren't in a hurry and it didn't really bother us but they gave us an extra canolli with our others for our patience. Food was very good. Each got a salad and split a half odder of caprese salad.
Lucy's makes exceptional pizza, I don't know anyone that doesn't love it. I've bought the pizza kits as well, and while not baked in the stone oven, the crust and sauce make for a very close second. Even with staffing shortages, we've always had great service, thanks!
Terrible service, took forever for them to even come take our order, there was more than 5 different table that were covered in dirty dishes, and trash, we were there for over 30 minutes before they even cleaned any of the tables!!!! They were out of almost everything you asked them for!! Definitely could use a friendly, caring, responsible staff
The Zestpian pizza, minus the pineapple (because I'm not a psychopath) is hands down one of the best pizzas ever created. I ordered delivery and they said 65 minutes and it showed up in 140 minutes. I was angry, but after one bite of the zestpian with no pineapple, all my anger went away, and all was again right in the world.
