Great food and service. We were traveling from WV and their pizza is by far the best non heartburn pizza by far! I usually avoid pizza but this one…. Scrumptious!

Oh we got a little of everything and it was delicious! They were busy which is understandable, I’m not got to complain because of that! The staff was still amazing and nice! 5+ stars!

I have eaten here 4 times. this last time was the last time for us. it's not my favorite style of pizza to begin with, but my daughter wanted to eat there for her birthday so we came and sadly the calzones we got were all burnt and it wouldbe another hour if they wanted them to redo the calzones. we opted not to due to being on a somewhat time schedule. , the marinara sauce tasted like out of a can. the wings were ok. the service was slow. I just can not find myself to ever recommend this place

All right I was a little skeptical this place at first but it absolutely crushed my skepticism and turned it into one of happiness. This place is really good. The service was awesome, and the pizza was delicious. They had a perfect amount of sauce to cheese ratio. We got the pineapple pizza and the meat lovers. I would go here again. I felt like the price was right for the pizza quality we got. My only gripe was that it was extremely hard to get here during rush hour and find a parking spot. However, that's not the restaurants fault.

Normally, I love Lucy’s Pizza. However, at the Broadway location, we received terrible service. When my party got there, and after a few minutes of looking over the menu, a waiter wearing a durag, took our drink orders and our food orders. He wasn’t super friendly, didn’t look at all professional, and acted like we were ruining his afternoon by being at the restaurant. After taking our order, that was the last he talked to our table for 40 minutes. Other people were sat down and given their food and drinks by the same server before we even got our drinks. We finally flagged him down saying that we needed our drinks and our food to go because we were all late getting back to work. (Which we ordered the slices that were supposedly ready to serve for the lunch hour, so it should’ve been fairly quick to get.) He was somehow surprised that we hadn’t gotten our drinks or our food yet. (Especially considering HE was our waiter and took our orders.) After another almost 10 minutes, he FINALLY brought our food out in a one big to go box, which we had asked for separate boxes, and then when we repeated we needed separate boxes, he acted like it was such an inconvenience that he had to grab a few more boxes.Like I said before, I usually love Lucy’s Pizza, but today was such an earful experience, it makes me not want to come back.

The pizza was okay, nothing special. The inside didn’t was kind of cold and plain. The primary reason I would not recommend this place was the staff. Hard to get their attention and when I did they were kind of bored. They forgot the salad in the order and when prompted were put out that I really did want it and they needed to make it. Would not visit this place against.

All they do is burn pizza! Last three times ordered, same results. I even asked them to try and not burn them because my kids won't eat that. They disregard the message. That's too bad because they used to be amazing. When they were at their old building, they had a great oven or service. They were the best and now they lost a customer. ?

The Food was so good, literally put us to the point where we were exceptionally happy and content. It's a very good meal to share among friends and family and we love the sauces too! Good job guys you made us come together and have a good night.

They were so friendly and patient. We had a few toddlers that were pretty excited and rowdy. They sat us in a more secluded area, turned on a kids channel, brought markers, and patiently cleaned spills. They were so awesome and the food was pretty good too.

Not good. The pizza was thick crust; unlike any NY style Ive ever had. The pizza sauce had WAY too much Italian seasoning in it. In addition, I ended up finding little bits of fresh time on pizza as well. Thyme and marjoram was all I tasted on the sausage, mushroom, and onion pizza. I got the meatball as well and was underwhelmed. Again, all I tasted was italian seasoning. I ended up throwing most of it away. In addition, the marinara sauce I got tasted like canned tomato sauce mixed with canned tomatoes. I hope this was just a bad day for Lucys.
