Food was okay.. Mi Pueblo restaurant is a lot better and it's just across the street. If you decide to eat here check your food and order in Spanish or else they'll miss up your order..
Possibly the best cabeza I've had in Idaho Falls. The green salsa is fantastic, the tortillas are incredible and everything is excellent.

Their soups are amazing!!! Was feeling under the weather and called to get some soups. I got pozole and caldo de res! I swear I instantly feel better but they both are the best soups I've ever had in my life! The portions are huge. I've always loved their tacos but the soups have officially won me over and I plan on this being my perfect happy place for the cold weather coming up.
Good! Super friendly. Kinda confusing... Only seen one choice of green sauce. The quesadilla was a little bland. I almost choked on it cause it's mozzarella so it's real stringy. The carne asada tacos are bomb! The spicy pork is chorrizo I don't recommend them. Chicken tacos are good... It's a taco truck right next to a bar so it's interesting atmosphere haha. HANDMADE TORTILLAS!
The experience was nothing short from amazing. The lady that waits on you is friendly. The meat selection is wide and the prompt service are key elements to my visits. The fact she makes the corn tortillas from scratch at the time you place your order really takes the cake. This is not your typical taco truck, it is so much more than that. I highly recommend.
