Best carnitas in Idaho Falls. Their salsa is great too, spicy though, if you can't take the heat be careful, I love its flavor. They make fresh tortillas there too.

If you’re anywhere within 50 miles of this place there should be no reason why you’re not heading here. Los Panchos is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the area. I’ll even say that Los Panchos is one of the better Mexican restaurants that I’ve ever had anywhere.
