Well, it appears that they call it "Little" Caesars for a reason. About half of my wings were smaller than my thumb, quickly reminding myself why I haven't been to a "Little" Caesars in years.
The last few times I have been to this location I have had to wait 20 or more minutes. They never have any pizza "hot and ready" you would think that with hot and ready in the buyline that they would actually have pizza ready for people to buy. You should change your name to slow and not ready pizza.
Don't bother ordering online, trying to be proactive. This is the third time I have ordered online, only to wait an additional hour past the quoted hour, for my order. Especially aggravating when you watch multiple people walk in from the street and walk out with crazy bread and pizza, but then to be told all we're waiting on is 2 crazy bread and 2 pepperoni pizzas. I'm not one to complain, I understand being short staffed or the fact that it's dinner rush. Hence ordering online and being okay with the quoted hour for our order. But good lord, 4 pepperoni pizzas and 4 crazy bread.... should not take 2 hours. My suggestion, just walk in off the street to get your pizza, it'll be faster.
Used the app to order 1 pizza after work. It said it would be ready at 7, but when I showed up into the empty store, they told me it would take 30 minutes. After showing the person behind the counter that it said it would be ready at 7, he went back into he back to "double check" then told me it would be 20 minutes.I saw 3 employees sitting around on there phones. Music was playing loud in the back, and the only other person that came in while I was there also had to wait just as long.I've been to this store multiple times with similar results, and its really sad that they brag about being "hot and ready" when I could have went to anywhere else, including a sit down restaurant, and got my food faster. Ridiculous wait, especially for ONE pizza.
Waited 30 minutes for a pizza. When I walked in they said the wait was 30 to 60 minutes. I wasn't in a hurry so I ordered. Pizza was fine when I got it but I got mine before others that had ordered way before me.They were not busy at all, but the person up front told everyone 30 to 60 minutes for pizza, which turned a lot of people away. Now I worked in the pizza industry for about 8 years and they were just straight up lazy. With how slow it was, they should have had pizza hot and ready. No one should have waited more than 10 to 15 minutes assuming they wanted something not already ready. I was tempted to go make the pizzas myself. I heard the guy claim they were short staff, which with how slow it was they only needed 2 people working and pizzas still should have come out fast. Not sure what the deal was.The employees also kept disappearing to a corner in the shop outside of customers view, including the person up front. It just seemed weird.
The quality is what you expect from the price, not bad but definitely not great. Mediocre pizza and breadsticks. It's a great place to get food for large orders or parties but for one pizza you'll have a better time just going to the store and getting a frozen one.
This was a horrible experience. I called in an order, the guy kept getting it wrong, then finally repeated the order back cotrectly. I requested fresh pizzas with extra sauce. I was told 30 minutes. I can in 10 minutes to make sure I got through the inevitable line that is ALWAYS there. The order was completely wrong, the wrong number of pizzas and the wrong types. I asked for my order to be made as ordered, the front person repeated the order correctly after 3 attempts. i ordered 4 extra most best, and 2 cheese pizzas, all with extra sauce.. When my food came out, it was again the wrong order and obviously not fresh made, as the pizzas weren't hot or fresh and multiple looked just bad. itt looks like they may have put a little more pepperoni on a regular pizza and put it through the oven again. The pizzas were dry and cold The store looked dirty and the employee helping had his earbud in, that might have explained how he got the order wrong the second time.
“Next Time, Save Time Order Online!” Is advertised in the store, but it took 15min after my pick up time to get my pizza. Any other day it would’ve been okay, but I had a birthday party to get to and it was just a simple two cheese and one ham pizza that I ordered THREE HOURS in advance. I worked in fast food for years and I still do. There’s no way I’d ever make an online order wait longer than 2 min for an order. They didn’t even have mine started.
Got a fresh made stuffed crust pepperoni. Not a lot of cheese but way too much pepperoni (I didn't get the extra most bestest). Pizza wasn't cut through properly. This pizza is pure grease. I've never had such a terrible experience with little caesars this is ridiculous. Don't go to this location.
