Food tasted good but I ordered delivery and it’s was 24 mins from the notification of its out for delivery to when it was delivered. The store is maybe 8 minutes away, 1st street to 25th, plus it was before lunch rush. On top of that when it was delivered they ignored the deliver instruction to leave outside the right door, they instead took it inside the middle doors of my building to the office area. I wanted it dropped outside the warehouse door where I was working instead of me having to walk into the offices.
Web site messed up our order. Call to fix it and guy says nothing we can do for on line orders. Then he said next time you orders messed up call use and we will fix it. I said that's what I just did and you won't fix it.
Delivered to wrong place, missed my lunch trying to figure it out. Order was wrong. You should tip at delivery not add it to your order.
I ordered a turkey "Unwich". As I dissected the sandwich I was able to find a whopping 1 slices of turkey to my giant bundle of lettuce. Next time I'll take my 10 dollars to the grocery store and make my own.
Always delicious. On rare occasions the bread is slightly overcooked but I overlook this because it's still enjoyable
I placed an order for delivery and when I received my order it appeared my sandwich was wrong. I ordered a slim 5 and it appeared to be missing the capicola. I called the store and was told that my sandwich was not wrong they were out of capicola and they substituted extra salami… I’m glad they substituted extra salami because I received 6 slices. This store needs help.
