There is no consistency in Jimmy John’s anymore, the people in there have a bad attitude. Maybe I was spoiled the old manager that used to work there moved to Meridian, we would show up early every day to get our sandwiches so we could go to work over in Victor Driggs in Jackson hole, recommendation would be Take care of your customers, or you won’t have any anymore
Always fast processing time and they've never messed up any of my orders. Good place if you're in a hurry.
How do you run out of lunch meat? You might as well not be open. Or at least discount the sandwiches you're selling when you don't have the meats that are supposed to go on it. Or don't sell it at all. You'll gladly substitute it for a low quality meat replacement, but will charge extra to replace it with something of similar value. What terrible service. Whoever is in charge of operations and product ordering should be fired.
Use to be my favorite sandwich place. I just ordered my usual Veggie and it was sickening. It’s one thing to ask for more Avocado..but another to put so much on everything slide off the bread. And I ordered n paid for a medium Diet Coke-got a straw-no drink. New Management??
We were here at noon and a Friday and they were out of turkey (more than half of their sandwiches). We said ok do a beach club with ham instead of turkey. They said they aren’t allowing substitutions or it will be an up charge. Unreal, I’m sorry that is just horrible business/customer service.
They just threw my sandwiches & pickles up on the counter & walked away....had to reach over counter & bag my own. Lousy customer service. And the lettuce,(only 1 sammich like that) omg if I wanted a salad I'd gone somewhere wlse

My order took way longer then promised. When I called the store the manager was so nice and gave me my food for free! Thank you!
Stoped into the store to pick-up a sandwich. The young man at the front was very nice ordered a Beach Club that i had many times. I took it home and was looking forward to eatting the sandwich and was very very disappointed. The bead was extremely dry like they used day old call in and the girl who answered was rude and talked over me .
I used to order from here all the time, .75 cent delivery fee. Now it's $2.50 for delivery?!?! That's over 30% of your sandwich price...I will never pay that. The whole point of jimmy johns is you deliver in a small radius from your store. Change your delivery fee!!!! Ridiculous.
