I get in line and have to wait a few minutes to get helped because the two girl employees were taking. Finally one starts to approach the register without saying “hi” or “how can I help you” or anything, so I just proceed to tell her my order. She wasn’t very friendly. As I’m waiting for my smoothie I see a gentleman stand there for several minutes waiting to be helped. He finally asks one of the employees if they’re closed because no one ever acknowledged him after him standing there for several minutes. Very poor customer service and I won’t go back to this location.

One of the employees was extremely rude and annoyed that i disrupted her task. i got a smoothie bowl and she acted like i was a problem. it makes me not want to go back to this one. i asked if she could remove the blueberry topping and she got upset and asked if i had an allergy or something. She has brown hair and an undercut. Her attitude is awful.

I was at the Grand Teton Mall Jamba Juice on Sunday and the employee, Dani, was being rude. I gave her my order and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. She came back about 3 minutes later with my drink and it was chunky. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because maybe she was having a hard day, but I just can’t stop thinking about how rude she was and how poorly made my smoothie was made. I will not be coming back to this location until she is dealt with properly.

This was a weird experience. We placed an order online and then went to location. We were a little late so we expected it to be ready but we got there and no one helped us for several minutes and when someone finally acknowledged us the boy had terrible customer service. I let him know we had an online pick up order and he seemed confused and without answering me spoke to another girl who also did not talk to us and then he turned to a 3rd person and told her she needed to "handle it. She came over to us and was a but aggressive asking us what the problem was and we let her know we were just trying to pick up our online order and she let us know that she didn't have mangos and nothing else. After some back and forth I figured out she meant that she couldn't make one of our drinks so we asked what we were doing then and she said she could make us something else so we picked and she did but even then there was no thank you, sorry, your welcome, good day, anything like that. Just a weird and poor experience.

Ordered online so I could pick up my order to go. Order was not ready when I got there. Waited another 10 minutes for my order. When I finally got my order it was completely wrong & not what I ordered. Will NEVER go here again. Staff was busy shoving food in there mouths, had no clue what they were doing & terrible customer service!!!

I love Jamba Juice, but I stopped by and Lillee was really rude. I ordered a medium mega mango and a medium white gumi. She made two mega mangos and I kindly told her that one of them was a white gumi, and she argued with me about it and I simply asked her to please remake it. So she did, but took a customers order and made her smoothie, and made me wait, so I asked her if she was going to make it and she rudely said “If I have to remake a smoothie, I do it at the end” Left me speechless honestly, really rude customer service..

I will not be going back to this establishment. I wanted to post this review so this employee’s manager can be aware of their staffs rude behavior. I was standing in line with my kids and I noticed the employee ( a male with short black hair) saw me and my kids standing at the counter and he slammed his laptop shut and was obviously very annoyed by our presence. This employee preceded to ask us for our order as he was pushing the touchscreen very hard and with a bad attitude. So I just left without saying anything to him as I was very upset that he was being rude to me and my children. Again, I would want to know this experience happened if this was my business.

Visited this location and on a Sunday and the hours posted to be open were 12-6. We stopped by there as we were leaving the Mall (around 5:40 PM). We stood in front of the ordering area while two young girls sat on the counter and were on their phones. Stood there a little while longer while finally they managed to lift their heads from the content on their phones. They said, "Umm, we are closed." I stated the hours on their website. They responded with "Umm well, we have a party." I asked If I could get their manager's information or whomever they report to. They really didn't know, claimed they did not have contact info etc. Definitely need some coaching. I would be horrified if they were representing my business.
