Sit at the bar and order oysters on the half shell and a michelada. They killed it. The free chips and refried bean and salsa warmed you up and a Modelo. Oysters were fresh and the michelada was memorable. I think the magic was in their michelada mix with the Clamato juice and Coors beer. Finished my dinner with an (SRB) Snake River Brewery IPA in a super cold mug. Mayra was my bartender. Service was phenomenal.
Improvements1. We did not receive our food for an hour after being seated2. Very infrequent check-ins by staff3. Another table was was seated after us received their food before us and we were both small parties.4. Ambiance was quiet and flat, no music—create an experience for your guests!The Good1. It is A LOT of food!! My boyfriend really liked it. I’m not too much of a fan of Mexican food, so this is just OK for me! They serve chips with salsa and refried bean while we’re waiting for food, and I liked the refried bean!! (I used to dislike it, but this changed my mind) nice environment and very good service!
Waited for about 30-45 minutes to be seated which was fine because they were incredibly busy however it took them 45 minutes for a server to come over and get out drinks again fine they're busy so we finally order and we wait....and wait and wait the server assured us several times our food was on its way so we continue to wait an hour goes by and still no food.. we waited for 3 1/2 hours total to receive our food. The manager was super condensending when she talked to us I demanded our food to be comped but was told the actual manager was cooking in the back and that we would be stopping the production for other customers! WORST SERVICE WE'VE EVER HAD NEVER GOING BACK!
I ordered a to-go order recently and not only was the person who took my order super nice and helpful but when I went to pick it up the hostess and the waiter that helped me were wonderful. It was refreshing to have such great service. This location always does awesome! ?
I love Jalisco’s. The staff is so friendly and the food is always tasty. The Arroz con pollo is probably my favorite. But it is always fun to get a sizzling plate of fajitas!
Fish tacos where of the hook, the chicken enchiladas where the best. Can't go wrong here, very polite bartender! 10/10!
I chose these guys after the disappointment of a food truck being moved. I was craving some Mexican corn. Unfortunately, this restaurant doesn't serve corn. However, the server did give me some advice on how to find a relevant food truck by the river. Next time. Service was great. I had the fajitas. The burritos are better.
