I think I've been to this Jack in the box about four or five times in the last few months. Every time we were served our orders quickly and the staff is pretty friendly. It's absolutely got a huge dining area and they have awesome late night hours so you never have to worry about not making it in time before they close.
50 % of every Sour dough jack and loaded breakfast sandwich is made right. The problem is that the individual who makes the sandwich fails to add butter to the grilled side of the bread. I love that sandwich. I hate the Inconsistencies. When that spclty burger on sourdough bread grilled with a equal amount of the ingredients needed to do it right., is the best burger this side of the Mississippi..So I would eat there more but only half of the cooks that works there gets it right.
Out of all the fast food places in town, this one has the coolest workers. They are on top of things and that drive through moves fast.

At the drive through, it seems like the crew is too busy flirting to hear orders correctly and there is an employee who steps right outside the door at night and vapes. he does this as he's handing customers their order. I haven't been impressed with this location I'm a long time.Upside, they gave me my reciept.
they said to wait a second. we were singing in the car and being patience. after a song they said “our manager said you have to leave”. we were waiting and singing while waiting. we did nothing wrong. we didn’t ask why we had to wait or why we were waiting they told us to leave and they never replied back.
Always gotta love the cheap deliciousness. I don't know what it is that is so good, but it must be fake or from the freezer because they are SO FAST! I was going passed on Woodruff and decided to stop. The whole thing only added THREE MINUTES to my travel time. That's ridiculous! Cheap food, but always good. It hits the spot and it's fast.
Most of the time a good experience with service and quality. However I belive it was Mike, the guest services manager who was very unlike a manager in making a wrong order right. As the person who both took my order, and a manager, one would think a better effort than peeling melted cheese off a hot sandwich would have been given, but no. Advice: slow down, it's Idaho Falls. The lunch rush wasn't THAT serious. Take the time to hear your customer and when you get something wrong make it right. And yes I have managed in food service. I DO know what it's like.
The spicy chicken sandwich had a nice bite to it!!What I totally disliked about this Jack in the Box is that it didn't have a changing table in the bathrooms. So my friend had to changed her daughter on their gross bathroom floor!!!
The food was good and was at an okay price. It wasn't very filling, but that might be just me though. There was plenty of seating and the employees seemed nice enough.
All was good except for the gal working the drive thru. When a customer is ordering I find it very rude and annoying when all she said was anything else after every item. She did not sound like she wanted to be there.If you don't like working with people guess you shouldn't get hired on fast food.
