Average food for a IHOP. Nothing special about the quality. Prices were moderate and customer service was about average. Didn't get our drinks until we were almost finished with our meal so that was unprofessional. Just an average experience all around.
I have eaten at IHOP many times in the last year in Idaho Falls! The food never misses a beat and is consistently excellent! The cooks know how to cook!!! The coffee delicious! The omelets & new protein pancakes are amazing! The servers work very hard, but sometimes recently are stretched too thin, as more customers are coming...feeling better about eating out. I really like the newer Happy Hour menu....excellent! They recently remodeled, so fresh & clean! What more could you want...consistent quality & value, in a clean, family-friendly environment! A wonderful restaurant!
Just like everywhere else, there seems to be staffing issues here which can lead to longer wait times to be seated/served, but that generally doesn't affect the service and can-do attitudes in this place. Even when I throw an odd food request at them, they make sure my food comes out how I like it with a smile.
Waited to be seated for 25 min with no one at the restaurant, then finally got seated, waited at least 10 more minutes without anyone coming to get us a drink, so finally just left. Had many employees look at us with no one acknowledging us. Horrible service. Do not recommend this location.
Fries over cooked couldn't even eat them. Thank you for stealing .54 out my money without me knowing how much I gave you guess I did math before hand. Not pleased so I'll be making be calling headquarters I don't like stealers or rude people
Waited 40 minutes to be seated. Most tables in restaurant were vacant. They had no creamer for coffee, no strawberry syrup and had to wait another 30 minutes for food. Save your self the hassle!
The server was very rude and when you say thank you you get ignored worst person ever
EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED but despite that the food was absolutely DELICIOUS, the people were nice and we definitely noticed how clean it was in the servers area & restrooms. Thanks guys!What we ate: Split Decision Breakfast with Tres Leches pancakes and a Sampler.
Service was extremely slow and incomplete for an almost empty restaurant. Food arrived cold; no refills offered; we had to request condiments, including syrup? at a pancake house? Staff was friendly enough but not attentive. Food was fine outside of temperature.
It is IHOP they’ve done some things different since COVID-19 there’s Plexiglass between each booth. I still use a little bit too much butter for my taste and not enough salt & pepper, But when you’re serving that many people people can add their own salt and pepper to their taste. But the staff the customer service is top notch at this location. There wasn’t anyone to greet us but we didn’t wait that long somebody was there got us to a table it was cleaned off already. Then our waitress actually helped with the selection of what was good there overall they didn’t excellent job and actually for what is that a Hobbs I have seen in the past this one is actually really clean. So if you want some simple pancakes and some decent eggs I’d say this is a good place to eat.
