They make a good crisp bean burrito that is worth trying. Staff was friendly. However, multiple tim s I have gone and they have been out of items or they say their fryer is down. No way to back out of drive thru at that point either.
I will never return to this store again. Between employees more interested in gossiping than taking an order. extremally slow service and burritos and tater tots uncooked. and the complete clump of raw tots in the bottom of the bag. I shave no idea how they are still in business.
I got my food and everything I needed. Would have gained 5 stars if they were quicker and actually did their jobs instead of standing around and talking to coworkers.
I love fiesta ole but, every time I go there they are closed by 8:20. Online it says they close at 9 and it says on there door as well. It’s disappointing I guess is all it comes down to.
I was a walk in customer doing a take out order. They were getting stuff taken care of so it took some time to help me with my order which is fine since it gave me time to figure out what I wanted to order.Kanyon provided Excellent customer service and even labeled the food as requested and when I let him know that he provided me with good customer service he said that it's the right thing to do since it will make or break someone's day.Cat was the manager on duty and she drives from Utah every week to ensure this store has the help and staffing that is needed. If you want good service and great food then go to this Fiesta Ole.
I always am satisfied eating here. Best fast food Mexican food you can get. Been coming here since the 80s or maybe even before. Never been dissatisfied.
We were in the drive-thru before closing and took the person before us order and when we go to the window it was 10 before 8pm and never got anyone to respond at the speaker all they did was turn off the light so me and 2 other cars had to back out to go somewhere else for food
The cashier reeked of cigarettes. He jyst came in for his shift off the street and was dirty and smelled. He did not wash his hands. I have had better food from them .
Horrible rude service from. Worker apparently names giggles. Did not get what I ordered after I got home kids meals were mixed up with parents food in bags. And burritos were not made correctly. And sauce was on outside of wrapper . Very messy. Unprofessional.
We just ordered food on Grubhub from Fiesta Ole. This is absolutely the worst food I have ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. If I left my lunch out in a car for 24 hours in the sun it would be better quality than what I got. It’s soggy and dried out at the same time. The lettuce is wilted and brown and the tomatoes are completely green. All of the items are terrible. I paid for additions that were never included and what was included is such poor quality we are throwing it in the garbage.This is ridiculous even for Fiests Ole standards. I can't believe it.
