Always a pleasant experience here with the happy and upbeat attitude of the workers. We ordered 4 drinks and all were pretty well made.

Dutch Bros service is great but lately they have messed up on my drinks a lot and others that I know have had the same complaint. But I do love be their customer service! They are very kind and friendly!

Good typical Dutch bros experience! Fast line, talkative member at window. Which we don’t mind. We love and get the lemonades and cold coffees every time we get the chance to go to Idaho falls.
This coffee company is well worth the detour off of the interstate. I chose to park my car and use the walk up window during their shift change. It didn’t affect the customer service I received and the beverage itself was really good. This location has a great atmosphere with its staffing and the location itself was easy to find. They accept card, cash or Apple Pay via their app.

They always have super fast service. I’m always bouncing between Dutch and Java but when I’m in a hurry I trust Dutch Bros to be fast and have a wide variety of drinks I know I’ll enjoy. Awesome service if they have to remake your drink they’ll give you the messed up one and the remade one for free which really takes the inconvenience away from having a messed up drink
Came in from Missoula, MT and stopped in to grab some coffees for the baristas every morning. Great customer service the most friendly baristas. Always a great chat with these guys. Double thumbs up in our book.
