The family and I had a great time at Denny's today! Our server Kaycee was very friendly and attentive. The food came out fast, hot and impeccable. I will definitely be returning soon! Thank you Kaycee and the Denny's team!
My best friend and I love this place. Every time we’ve gone, no matter what time of day, the servers are so kind. We always order the same thing and Alyssa did such a great job getting us what we needed. Really great smiles and service.
Okay so I have an update on our visit…My daughter left her $250 retainers in her napkin and of course they got thrown away when we left them sitting on the table. The whole group of workers offered to help us look after the shift was over (because they are dealing for food and can’t be digging in the trash too). An employee also offered to spend time on his break to help dig through the trash! WHAT the heck, so amazing! My daughter and I did the search alone, outside, found them and it was a good Learning lesson for my kid. But… such insanely nice people here! Thank you for your kindness is a stressful situation!This place was hopping and they did great to manage the stress of lots of hungry people while being understaffed. Our server, Merica made amazing recommendation and was super friendly. We loved having her as our server! Highly recommend!
New hush puppies! So delicious ? amazing customer service! Mercia has been an amazing waitress with attending our needs and doing so with a smile. She goes to outstanding lengths to deliver satisfaction to our dining experience.
We went on a day where they weren't busy. Total of 4 tables with customers including us. The server while friendly never came to check on us to refill drinks or ask how the food was. The hostess/general manager was in the back on the phone making a personal call. We saw 3 customers come in and leave because they were waiting so long to be seated. The food was good except the eggs. Asked for over easy and received well done.
We had such a great Meal it was so yummy! If you are wanting something sweet that is beyond amazing get the strawberry pancake bites. There listed as a appetizer but should be as a dessert... Our waitress was awesome if you get Alyssa you're definitely in good hands!Don't forget to tip your waitresses!
Ms Francene waited for us and she was amazing! When my friend and I first arrived at the table she came up to us with a huge smile on our face and offered us hot chocolate. She answered our questions, came to our service quickly, and brightened our day. :) Thank you!
Today I took my family for breakfast, when we got there and I was told that they were under staff and that it would be a long wait, I can understand that. we waited around half an hour before being able to get a table. The waitress took our order, and everything went okay until they brought our food. Our plates were poor served there fore I asked my waitress if she could please just get us some extra hash browns as we hardly had any on the plates and I showed her my plate, the lady just looked and left without saying a word, next thing you know, the hostess approaches me telling I can't just get more food, that it don't work like that and she stated that it actually looked like I had already eaten the food out of my plate, I really got upset with the way the hostess was talking to me and the answers she was giving me, therefore I asked for a manager and she brought out one of the cook's instead pretending to be the manager. At this point we just decided to leave the place as I noticed that I wasn't going to get anywhere with this people. I will NEVER go back to this place again and would certainly not recommend for anyone to go there, I've had other little issues at this place in the past but never like today's. I would highly recommend for the owner to be really careful with staff they have working at this place as they show very poor customer service and are unable unable to deescalate a situation

Alyssa was an amazing waitress. We had an oversized group and she was able to adjust the set up and was very supportive. Very patient and checking in with us constantly to assure everyone got their order. Thank for your service and plan to come back many times for further events and dine-in.
