Like others said, not great. Pretty dirty, the tvs playing music were obnoxious. Our food got mixed up and I ended up with the wrong food. And the shake only had the good stuff half way down the cup, the rest was just ice cream.
We were very disappointed in our visit tonight. I understand that staff maybe short, but it took almost 30 minutes to get our three small milkshakes and it was dirty everywhere you looked. Food, trash, and just nasty stuff wherever you looked. The staff wasn't very pleasant either. We love this place but I don't think we will be going back any time soon.
Not great. I don't know how else to put it.The drive thru lane is ridiculously slow. On this particular trip, I was in line by 9:30pm and there were about 5 cars in front of me. I didn't reach the ordering speaker until 10:00pm. And, when I got there, I was asked to hold for another 5 minutes. I was immediately informed that there were no more hamburgers for the night. Which, no big deal, that's not what I was there for anyway.Keep in mind, I've been to this location at least two other times and the line has been just as slow, if not worse.Anyway, I opted to drive to Dairy Queen for a late night sundae specifically because I wanted a Peanut Blaster Parfait. If McDonalds still served peanuts, I would've gone there instead. So I ordered my Peanut Blaster and very slowly made my way to the pickup window. Once I got there, the young man working at the window said, "Sorry, we're out of peanuts". Okay...I asked if I could order a medium hot fudge sundae instead. Which was almost $5. If I knew DQ was going to be out of peanuts, I would've went to McDonalds and paid under $2 for a basic hot fudge sundae. Not to mention, the sundae I received was a joke. The ice cream was melting and the serving size was definitely not worth what I paid for.By the time my entire experience was over, I spent almost 40 minutes waiting for an overpriced sundae.Lesson learned. I will not be back.
Decided to stop by for chili dogs; also got soft pretzels; mango misty slush (2 for $5 menu). Wow, 10 minutes from ordering to order done. I'm guessing they were shorthanded (?). Chili dogs were nothing like the ones I got Saturday (charged full price, but so fresh and good). The bottom of each bun was tough, could not cut for anything. Both loaded with chili, nothing else. They were placed in the bag on their sides (why?); so chili leaked, both containers soaked. In spite of that, what was salvageable was good. Pretzels have a great flavor, but 3 little sticks just isn't enough. I love their chili dogs, they use cheddar cheese; so good. So I guess pay $2 more to get a fresher dog. Worth it though.
I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. I told them to “go crazy with pink”. It was the cutest cake I have ever seen! They did such an amazing job. Whoever does their cakes does wonderful work! Highly recommend their cakes!
We waited 30 minutes just to get to the window, when we were only 2 cars away from ordering. Then sat at the window for 10 more minutes waiting for our blizzards. It wouldn’t have been so frustrating if all 5 people at the front of the kitchen were hustling around, but they weren’t. One person was casually making ice cream while the other 4 stood around and talked. 40 minutes for 5 blizzards that were melted. I wish this one a one-off, but this is pretty normal. The girl who took our order had great customer service which is why I’m giving two stars. Sorry guys, love your ice cream, but y’all need to move a little quicker.
It does take a little longer to get food but that is a for sure way of knowing the food is actually being cooked instead of warmed up. I am fanatic for the cotton candy blizzards. So I tend to order one for the next day or that week if I'm stopping to get food. I always get extra cotton candy bits in it and they dont have a button for it so they tax the charge on as extra chocolate chunks, with some miscommunication I ended up getting a blizzard with cotton candy and chocolate in It. I figured I would try it, something new ?♂️, why not. And it didn't satisfie me at all. I went in and talked to the manager about the problem and she was happy to make me a new one so that was super nice considering It was a day after I ordered.Overall the food was fresh/good and they fixed the 1 thing wrong with my order. 5/5 stars and I will be coming back for more burgers and blizzards
Terrible terrible service!!! very rude shift manager. Ordered 3 pc ck strip basket with gravy, recieved 3 strips about the size of a nugget. The gravy was watery and only a quarter of the container full. This order was a To go order placed at the counter. Food came out and then we had to wait almost 10 minutes for the ice cream. So because it was a to go order our food was now cold! If the order had been placed in the drive through the food and the ice cream would have come out together. The management needs to change and the on shift manager person basicly said there was nothing they could do and that just the way it was because they only had one person working the ice cream. Not sure what the other 3 people including the shift manager were doing.
Daughter really wanted a blizzard so we ended up getting dinner here as well. 2 chicken baskets and 2 blizzards for $35. Not good for value. Received very few fries and bread was barely toasted so we toasted again when we got home to try and add flavor. Took awhile in the drive through with only one car ahead. About 20ish minutes.
I went after 7pm and made a mobile order for my food. I saw my burger and fries sit at the warmer for 10 minutes as they focused on all the ice cream orders that they had. They could have handed me my food and drink while they finished the blizzards and other ice cream treats. Then they could have brought my blizzard over to me.It took 12 minutes before I got my order. That is not fast food to me...this is the second time at this location in the last 6 months where it took way too long to get my order. Not sure if I want to go back again to this location.
