We FINALLY tried CULVER'S. My wife had the cod sandwich. I had to try the Reuben. She really enjoyed her sandwich. My Reuben was the BEST ONE I've had in a whole lot of years. It was the first one, in a very long time that was prepared EXACTLY the way they're supposed to be! We will definitely return! This restaurant is located in Idaho Falls, ID.
The burgers are quite delicious. They've got fresh vegetables on them that make them very good. And the service is quite incredible. They are the only fast food place that can rival Chick-fil-A in service.
The standard is SET....... We have NEVER had a bad experience when we grab food from here. Today was our first time ordering from the website and setting up to pick up our order.Can I say how REFRESHING it is to get all the way home and have everything you pay for in the bags and the quality remaining on point!!Even the young man that brought the food out to us had a unique and humble swag, making us feel welcome even though it is snowing and cold outside.Thank you so VERY, VERY MUCH!! I even called to tell the manager how pleased we are with our first curbside experience. Shout out to Craig and the awesome crew!!

Stopped in for lunch today about noon! Very friendly, clean, and fast service! BUT! The food was excellent, fresh and hot! Best burger and fries I’ve had in a very long time! I will make the drive to Culver’s more often!!! Thanks❤️
First time for us to visit Culver's. Nice and friendly staff, but we had a few problems with our order. First, they didn't have the soup my wife ordered, and second they no longer had the salad advertised as a special. The rest of the order was fine and on par with competitors. Oh, they also forgot to bring us our root beer float, which we got much later after going through the drive through again (since my wife had to order something else when they didn't have the soup). Of course, by then the ice cream had melted...
We have been coming to Culver’s for a while, but today I just had to leave a review. I spoke with Sarah at the drive through window and her customer service was IMPECCABLE. She was friendly, and I could tell she had a smile on her face as she took my order. She helped me create my own burger by asking clear questions and was patient when I was ordering all my items. At the window she greeted me with the same enthusiasm and spark.Of course the food was delicious as usual!Just wanted to thank Sarah for her amazing customer service even at 10PM.
I was having a terrible day and came in crying my eyes off. One would wonder “then why get food in public?!” Because, I didn’t have time to cook dinner in between my two jobs. Anyway, so I went here and they were more than kind to me even though I was really sad. They went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Excellent staff. It’s always a good time when I get food here. Even if I’m having a bad day, they make sure it’s still a good time for me. They made me feel so much better
I love this place. After eating here I will never eat at wendys or McDonald's again. The food here is SO fresh! Can't rave enough about their food, and their milkshakes and ice cream are to die for. 100% recommend.
Culver's, Culver's, how do I love thee ... let me count the ways ...Being from the Midwest, seeing a Culver's was a welcome sight. Gotta' love the butter burger. Savory goodness. Freshness in the ingredients and enhanced by the preparation.
