Typically love Costa, but the location always seems to disappoint me. Food tastes old, chips are stale. I continue to keep going hoping it was just a bad day but no matter the menu item I end up not completely satisfied.
Service is always friendly, and good at their jobs. They are nearly always busy, but we've never had bad service. The food is fantastic and filling, the portion size is excellent, (a large salad will fill both my wife and myself together, or we'll each get our own and have 2 meals each).My only complaint is that their chairs are not very comfortable for wife, who has a VERY bad back, and there are no soft surfaces to absorb the loud noises of the dining area. As such we usually take out food to go.
Maybe train the servers a little better.. crumpling up the napkins and tossing them in the bag like garbage is unnecessary.
Pretty good place. The food is always good. I'm always a fan. It could have been cleaner.And a note for gluten-free people: the salads come on top of a flour tortilla. You will have to ask them to leave that off or order something else. The nachos are usually fine and the baja bowl is a good option. #glutenFree
We come to Costa Vida often. It's usually great. But today may 31st 2022.. was terrible. They messed up the nachos we ordered and when I went to have them remade they tried taking it back over the counter and then finally just remade it. We sat and waited over 10 minutes for the remake. I went up and asked where our nacho was the employee looked at a tray that had been sitting there for 8 minutes and said "oh this is your nacho!" And I said "yes.. so has it just been sitting there?" And he responded with "yes, I'm sorry." FIY we were the only costumers in the restaurant when I took the nacho back. I didn't go ask about the remake until 4 other people went through the line. It's very unprofessional. And I will be a karen and contact management.

Go here regularly, always pleased with the service. Today I got my usual salad without a tortilla and the worker asked if my salad was gluten free or just no tortilla, and when I confirmed it was gluten free he went and changed his gloves. I'm not celiac so I usually don't ask for special treatment, I just order what I can eat, but I was happy to see that they were 100% willing to accommodate even without being asked

They didn’t honor the prices on the website. The food wasn’t hot, the beef was soft and fatty and there was very little of it in my burrito which I guess was good because it wasn’t good quality beef, in my opinion. The flour tortilla was pasty. The burrito cost me $11.12. All in all, not a good experience. I won’t be returning.
This was the first time trying the Costa Vida in IF. Portion size for the cheap stuff (beans, rice) was really weak. Left hungry paying $11.00 for lunch. Probably won't chance going again.
