Copper Rill Restaurant is our new #1 Idaho Falls Pick! Absolutely amazing fine dining service, fine dining food and ambience with exceptionally reasonable prices!! can’t wait to go back to try everything else on their menu it was so hard to choose!! They made my sister‘s birthday so incredibly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
My husband, myself and a friend stayed a night in Idaho Falls on our way to Yellowstone and chose the Copper Rill for dinner. It was a great decision! The servers were extremely friendly and attentive, the prices were very reasonable, and the food and drinks were outstanding. We tried several of the cocktails made with huckleberry vodka and they were fruity and delicious. Our friend said his martini was one of the best he has ever had, and my husband and I really enjoyed the Copper Rill Lemonade; it was yummy and very strong. We had a special tuna appetizer as well as the garlic shrimp and we just about licked the plates. Then we all had duck as our entrees and we all thought it was cooked perfectly. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend this restaurant!
My mother has recently been battling some health issues which brought us out to specialists in Idaho Falls. She was hoping to find a nice, unique, restaurant to visit to take her mind off of her worries…a place that was both refined, comforting, and all around special. What we found at the Copper Rill was a beautiful, classy place with the friendliest, most professional and sincere staff, dishes that were absolutely unique, top- notch, and perfectly done, perfectly seasoned, and 100% heavenly. The ambience is so classy, with soft lighting and quiet, steady conversation encouraged by our kind and very attentive server, Mike. He never missed a beat making sure our waters were filled, the dishes were removed after each course, and that our utensils were replaced with new ones before we began the next course…..even inquiring after the first few bites of each dish as to how we were enjoying ourselves. Even more importantly, we never felt rushed, and the quiet music in the background and clean, modern decor was just the thing to calm frazzled nerves. We were even approached by whom I believe to be the owner/manager, and asked if everything was up to our expectations. After all that my mother has been enduring with her health, the Copper Rill was every bit the unique and memorable experience we had been needing to help take our minds off the cares of our current reality. This restaurant is truly a wonder, and the epitome of attention to detail. I would 100% recommend you give it a try. You will not be disappointed!!!
We had the very best experience at this restaurant and I could not recommend dining here enough! As a server, I definitely appreciate and identify 5-star service, and our waitress Savannah wholly delivered that. She was so incredibly engaging, compassionate and knowledgeable. It was evident that she truly was invested in us having a wonderful dining experience and greatly cared to provide it. Which is rare these days in a world of disinterested servers who are just there to make money. The human connection element of the service industry has been lost, but Savannah reminded me that it still exists! The manager that evening was also spot on and accommodating. Now the food... was outstanding. The crab cakes, ravioli, and lobster sauce & shrimp pasta blew us away. And more importantly ;)... a fantastic, expansive and eclectic wine list. We cannot wait to return, and thank you for such a lovely evening!
We ate here the other night and had a fantastic dining experience. Lucky to get in with no reservations but we got a great table and server. I started with a great goat cheese pastry on spring greens that was memorable for sure. My wife and I both enjoyed the halibut which I would recommend. A great bottle of Faust cab and we had a memorable meal. We will go back when we are in the area.
Atmosphere is relaxing and the servers knowledge is evident. Everything was excellent….salads, soups, filet, dessert. Huckleberry drinks were delicious.
Best restaurant in Idaho Falls. Service is outstanding. Food is always fresh and perfectly cooked. Atmosphere is inviting yet sophisticated. Excellent wine list. Get reservations - this is a very popular restaurant. Bon apetit!
