Ice cream is always a 10/10 but the service couldn’t be any worse. As soon as my friends and I walk in a boy asks us if he can get us anything in a very annoyed tone and seemed like he just wanted to rush us out. After I had ordered I waited at the cashiers part of the counter. Just waiting for someone to take my payment. There were only two employees working and the others were talking to each other. My friend had also ordered a like it size shake but ended up receiving a love it size and paying for a love it size and hadn’t realized until we left.
Ice cream was as good as always. Girls working were friendly and helpful.
Ice cream is amazing, but the wait was incredibly long and the workers were not moving fast. They seemed to be taking their time and standing around when there were a lot of customers in line. Took 30 minutes.
Britini deserves 5 stars, other worker a 1, ice cream is a 5 star. When we arrived there was a substantial line of customers. Britini was working hard but could only help one person at a time. There was another worker but they were not working much and did not help the line of customers. Britini deserves a raise.Ice cream was great but the 45 minute wait time was not. Would have went faster if the second young lady would have quit wandering around the back with her ear pods and came up front to help the customers.
I bought 2 smoothies land ice cream last night, the ice cream tasted freezer burnt , and the e smoothies were terrible, the boy that made them was unsure how to make them and asked someone for help , they request add water , to the smoothie , which made it have not a good taste I couldn’t taste the strawberry or banana also another worker just stopped working to go grab money and hand out yo a friend so they could go buy her dinner , very unprofessional I will no longer be going in everything tasted awful it’s a shame
The ice cream is a great treat. They don't have many dairy free options, though.
We ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and it was awesome! She loved it! Looked professional and tasted delicious! Very friendly and helpful staff too! I added the flamingo parts!
Great quality ice cream like any cold stone location. We had no issues getting in and out. Would recommend this location.
I'm so sad I came there for my first time ever and got a large and the serving was very small and the employees were very snappy and mean with me just for asking about ingredients due to I can't have certain things...I was so excited to go there but probably won't go again..
