AWESOME great food good service and very friendly staff
It was my first time every going to this place and I feel like I could have spent my money at McDonald’s and would have been more satisfied than coming here. My wife said they have never got the service that we got today in the years of them going there. Service was terrible out of all the waiters only one was very polite!! The cook was rude saying "well they don't know how to order a steak" when we asked for it bloody and they bring back the same steak cooked three different times. I don't think i will be coming back here and will not be telling people about this place.
I went in there last Monday, I ordered the surfe and turf!! I ordered my steak mooing aka bloody… the first time they brought it it was not right they brought the same steak back, by the third time!! It still was not right!! The waitress. Shirley was very rude!! She came to the table grabbed the knife proceeded to cut it in the middle and tell me I was wrong!! I told her that I was not trying to cause problems!! She said that in her opinion I did!! The other waitress was very disrespectful, the cook Roberta very loudly told Shirley that obviously I didn’t know how to order a steak!! I was very disappointed and upset!! And THEN THEY REFUSED TO LET ME TALK TO THE MANAGER OR GIVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER
Picked this place and have no regrets. The skillet was fabulous. The bacon was the best. The service - impeccable. Theresa was the sweetest and was most attentive. The owner came by and refilled the coffee and took a moment to speak to everyone there. What a great place to go.
This is precisely the kind of restaurant to visit, when you want comfort food in a comfortable place. Nothing pretentious in the place. Nothing outrageous on the menu. The wait staff is great.
This is probably just an average restaurant to be honest. It’s a bit of a greasy spoon and comfort food. They have quite a wide selection of food choice. To me this means they don’t really specialize in anything. I was told the scones are what they are known for. I had 2 of them. To be honest, it was really nothing special. Just a scone. It was fairly clean. There’s lots of interesting items on the walls to look at. The food is slightly above average price. I’m not rushing to come back, but I don’t know if I would be resistant in the future. The staff was nice, but it’s obvious they don’t really enjoy their jobs. They are there just to put in their time on their shift. I don’t know if I can put a more bland label on a restaurant in Idaho Falls. Nothing good or bad here. Simply just average all around.
Well, for over microwaved and dried out meatloaf and instaPotatoes it was a SOLID AVERAGE. The gravy is SO THIC that it retains the shape of the knife for hours to come!Oh! And Don't forget This piece of art that adorns the wall and gases upon your mealtime experience!But their Fry Bread was delicious!
Staff was really friendly. Food was fair. I had the surf and turf omlette and the steak was a little tuff and not a lot of flavor.
Denise and all servers friendly and offered assistance. Country omlet huge and too Grande skillet small neither had much flavor. Biscuit tasted old. Scone like fry bread.
the meat is very high quality and the breakfast all day option is awesome
