Would give me stars if I could.Not going back, at least not this location. They cannot get an order right that was for my wife, and they more or less called me names for trying to get them to do it right.The food isn't with going back for the creator service.
I order on Uber eats and I have never had a problem but they did not give us Fry sauce in the bag at all. I order from the other ones and get it but not from this one. I am very sad
They should just combine their store with the BK across the street and combine their burgers together. Then maybe I'd give them a 2 star rating. Nasty bag of grease and future heart attacks

Absolutely horrible service! Not only did they get our 3 of our 5 meals completely wrong, but our entire order, $50 worth of food, was covered in fry sauce! Everything was drenched, soggy, and disgusting. When I called the store to request a refund, the manager, was extremely rude. He even suggested that we must have tipped the bag, it must have been our fault that the fry sauce spilled. Besides the fact that the bag was so big that it never left my lap, the fry sauce should be contained by the lids, it should not be seeping out everywhere! He accepted no responsibility, offered no apology for the horrendous errors and lack of service. Definitely won't be going back there!
The food is always quick, hot, and delicious! I love their chicken and burgers. Their fries taste homemade. The staff is always kind.
I ordered a sandwich, they charged me for the wrong one, gave me the wrong one, and then when I said I wanted to get it fixed, they said they couldnt fix their mistake and I'd need to pay for it again. I work in the food service industry and am very patient. This however is awful and unacceptable service. Mcdonals even fixes their own mistakes. Won't be going there again.
We asked for our burgers one way and they did as they pleased. We there several times a month. Maybe not for long.
The only thing good about this visit was the customer service. The gentleman who ran the register was nice and friendly but the food was not so great. The burgers were extremely dried out like they had been under heat lamps for good hour, the french fries were okay, on a good note the ice was cold and the soda tasted good but that's pretty hard to mess up. Don't know if I'll be returning to this restaurant no fault of the employees though.
Food was fresh and good. Guy taking our order was friendly, patient, and helpful. Dining area was super clean! They had good gluten-friendly options. There was even a booth to fit our family of 7! We will definitely eat here again!
