Awesome service @ drive-thru. When he saw me he politely asked if I was a senior for the Sr discount. I said that depends on age they give Sr discount & stated my age. He asked management what age requirement was & I'm 2 years short, but he gave it to me anyway. He was super outgoing & I just felt happy with him & happier when I left.

I ordered through Grubhub and asked for no mayo or sauce of any kind. They brought me this burger with extra mayo a nd ketchup. It looked disgusting. I called Carl's and told them. They were nice, and did offer me a new sandwich, but I just don't trust them. The no sauce instructions were on the receipt attached to the bag and the burger had a "special" sticker on it. It's as if the cook did it on purpose.
We stopped by to grab two burgers and my boyfriend went to go inside, but the door was locked. The young man that worked tonight saw him and came running to the door to advise us that the drive thru was open but lobby unfortunately was closed. It’s nice to know that your staff has manners and cares enough to do that when all you normally see is employees staring at their phone. Thank you for making my boyfriend so happy with the burgers!!!! ?
Came this morning, and customer service was HORRIBLE. Ordered my food in drive through. Whoever the guy was taking the order wouldn't listen to what I was ordering, kept reading it back to me wrong, not sure what Grilled biscuit Sandwich is, but it's not on the Menu and not what I ordered. Finally he had me pull forward to the window, when he came up, immediately had an attitude, and said, "can we just get this paid for". I replied NO, you haven't read my order back correctly and I'm not paying for something I didn't ordered. Finally he decided to listen to me and correct my order but was still disrespectful. Like really dude, it's what the customer ordered, not what you decide to ring up. When he bought the food to the window, he opened,Handed the food out and immediately closed the window after I asked for fry sauce. I'll just visit the competitors since this place has no customer service or respect!!!
Stopped in to get a simple order of a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, and a breakfast burger. Seems as though they were concentrating on the drive thru. Took almost 20 minutes to get the order, and then it turned out to be an order that wasn't mine. Finally got my order and left. The b,e,c was too dry to eat and the burger had no flavor at all. Next time it will be Wendys.
Don't advertise a product you can't execute. No tomato, nasty lettuce, all bun very little chicken. Definitely worst fast food chicken sandwich. $20 for 2 sandwiches.
Went there because Wendy's was closed and I regret it. The wait time was longer than most other fast food restaurants. Customer service was horrible. Receptionist made me feel like a nuisance and nearly threw my drink at me. Only reason it didn't spill everywhere when he handed it to me was because the drink was only half full. Received a duffle bag for one small chicken sandwich and a medium fry that was $13. Fries I got were cold. Sandwich was mostly bread. I really don't have high standards for fast food, but wow.
It's OK I shouldn't give it one star but people keep saying it's like Hardee's but it's not and people need to know. And honestly who reads a Google review on fast food?
