I got a cold burger patty in my two famous starts. I think that patty was seating around for some time. And the overall burger tasted weird, yucky. Never going back again. This place used to be good. Not anymore
Dont go here with a mobile app order. Sometimes the mobile app doesn't show the information on their screen, and if it doesn't there's nothing they can do. You paid for your food they can't make it for you and they tell you to call your credit card company. Never coming back to this restaurant again.
You probably should go somewhere else at this point in time. Because they have nothing. Including workers. They're out of all desserts they have very selective view sodas unless you love diet. They did not get our order correct at all. I used to be very fond of Carl's Jr but.... Not so much anymore
The order had 3 different burgers in it. Well I ordered the jalapeño burger, my husband got the burger with guacamole on it and my son got something with bacon. I got charged close to $9 for a $3 burger so we paid and pulled in. The burger was the 3 one but we got over charged. We went back to the drive through and spoke with the manager and told him we got charged 9 he said no not for what I ordered. The burger looked pretty bad to. I told him I didn't want it and to just refund it. He was so worried about my having a bad experience there that he made me the burger I got charged for and also gave me a refund. He was there all by himself and I am glad he talked me into letting him make a new one because that was honestly the best burger I have ever ate.
Ordered through drive through, and they never gave is one of our meals. Went in to talk to someone and the cashier I talked to looked like it was his first day during dinner rush with no little support (1 manager and one cook).I assume the cashier never told anybody about the missing meal because it tool about 15 min to get a single sandwich and fry.By the time I got the missing meal, my own food was cold from waiting.Wouldn't go here again.
Unironically really gross these days, used to be a lot better but it went straight off the cliff, pitiful portions, my burger had all kinds of white hairs on it, threw that in the trash, renders hard as rock and gross, low quality even for fast food standards.
Staff could've been a little more friendly but everybody has a bad day. Food came quick and was good.
Employees worked really slow. We waited for our food for 20 minutes but the food was exactly what we ordered and tasted as it should.
B+ for cleanliness, but Definitely everything else was great. One of the best Playland/restaurant combos around.
We got a Famous Star for $1.99 and it was huge! My husband also got a $2.99 special but my Famous was bigger! The French fries needed more salt but were okay. We had gone down to BK to get a Whopper but it was going to be over $8 so we came back to Carl's Jr and I'm glad we did! The dining room isn't open so we just went through the drive through and say in the parking lot to eat. It all tasted just as good as if we'd been inside! ??
