It literally took an hour to get through the drive through with two people in front of us. The whole time sitting waiting to be able to take our order they didn't say a single thing while we waited by the microphone for 15 minutes. When we finally got our food the employees didn't say anything to us they just handed us the food and closed the window, not even a have a good day. I've never had an experience this bad at a drive through ever.

We had walked in to order and nobody was in line. As we waited for approximately 10 minutes to order, one employee walked past us four times doing his job. Nobody had walked out to take our order. We left!

I am disgusted with this location. I have never experienced a slower group of people working in one place. We waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes. The people just weren't taking any orders through the speaker! We ended up backing out and going inside only to experience slower service. We just wanted to pick up our mobile order, and it took a whole hour to get our food. Ridiculous.

I waited several minutes and no one took my order. Recommend anywhere else. I think you may get better service of to don't have a tan

This place has the worst customer service I've ever encountered, but the only fast food in town I will eat. I prefer to go hungry than endure their inadequacies. They take about 10 minutes per car in drive thru. They get your order wrong 96% of the time, and they short change you often. It's deplorable.

It was mild afternoon when I went through the drive thru. All I ordered was jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks. They were awful. They were old and dried out, and barely warm.There's no reason for them to give me OLD, DRIED OUT FOOD! they were not busy at all. But I guess that's what drive thru people get, the less than desirable food that is left over. I really sucked

Worst burger I've ever had. Gross stale bun and meat was cold. Pop machine was overflowing with water and when I told employee and reply was I know I know we're hoping it doesn't overflow on the floor. BUT the kicker was the catchup was red water with no taste. Lost us, we will never be back.

I visited Burger King ? through the drive through at 7pm. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Once I got to the pick up window the employee was very nice, however his work shirt was noticably unclean and he didn't offer an apology for the long wait, which was unprofessional. My order was correct and everything was hot and freshly made, that's why I'm giving 4 stars.

The Men's Bathroom was just Nasty.Had the urinal closed.The Toilet has Fecal Matter on the Seat.The Condiments Section is Gross.I made Mention of the Bathroom and the Man said that he would take care of the issue.But Stayed doing whatever, I could not tell.The Lady behind the Counter came out to the Lobby. I told her about the Condiment Section and just walked away from me after actually looking at the area.Not ever going to shop here again..NASTY, NASTY, NASTY...
