Even though there was a sign saying they were short staffed, they were faster and more efficient than their sister store over across from the Grand Teton Mall, who also was short staffed with about as equal amount of employees. Great job keeping up, even being short staffed! You all really know how to hussle and work well together to give great customer service!
The guy who took our order was rude. Customer service should come first, not talk to o e of your employees about some meeting she has to go to or she was gonna go to jail. The burger was just barely warm.
They need to hire more people or something. I sat in the drive thru lame for 20 mins. I did a mobile order and still sat at the window waiting for it for 10 mins.

Horrible customer service. We waited almost fifteen minutes inside and not one person gave us eye contact or would take our order. People behind us kept leaving? And we finally did. Walked next door to McDonalds.
Super slow and rude employees. Restaurant was empty and it took 20 minutes to get my food. Every time I come here they are slow and rude.

I stop at these place when im in a rush and don’t have time to make coffe at home. Blaming not mixing your coffe due to covid is the laziest excuse. While they give me all my order with thier hand and take my debit card as well. Im tired of this excuse. Get it together. Thats what we pay for.
Poor customer service. Will not take rewards unless you place the order online. Is the only location in town that does this.
Food was terrible, messy, and was obviously not fresh. The ch'king was rubbery and stale. I saw kitchen workers handling food without gloves. I had to avoid sticky soda spots all over the lobby floor. This is a BK I will NEVER RETURN TO.
