Whenever I'm feeling down about my job, I hop in my car, head to the nearest Arby's then orders a number 3. After gagging down half the meal and throwing the rest away, I think maybe my life is not so bad least I didn't invent this garbage.
Great fast food. I had the brisket Waygou burger and it was great. Fast and friendly service.
Food was decent not the best Arby's I have ever been to. It did take a bit longer than it should have.
Good friendly service. Pricing is fair and pretty tasty. We ordered off the 2 for $6.00 menu plus strawberry lemonade. Will stop again when in Idaho Falls.
Manager was yelling at her cashiers in front of the whole line. My group all ordered a burger with bacon on it. I asked the manager about it and she acted annoyed that I asked (struck me as if she was caught intentionally saving bacon or something). Made for an uncomfortable experience.
Arby's is good, its a clean well managed franchise. They host a fun cruise in on Thursdays, go check it out.
Food was fair, but the rude teenage staff...... Took my order through the drive thru, never repeat it nothing back and In a very low tone said my total cost. Once I arrived at the window. I was the total After that I was asked to pull forward without asking if I wanted any condomits. After a brief moment of waiting for my food we realized we only had one horseradish for 4 sandwiches. When my wife went back in.to ask for more, the rude teenager manager just gave her a large amount and roll to his eyes like she was stupid 4/30/2022 @ 7ish... I'll just take my business somewhere else.
Shake machine was down, however one of the better fast food joints and pretty fast as well
I love Arby’s and there is nothing better than a tasty beef and cheddar but as I pulled up last night the girl came on and welcomed me and then said we are out of roast beef for another 15-30 minutes…. Nooooo!! How does Arbys run out of roast beef. That’s why you lost a star, what saved you was the customer service. The 2 girls working were friendly, fast and made other recommendations. Amazing customer service by these 2 gals. So I left with some chicken and happy. I missed my roast beef and cheddar but when the employees are staying positive in a tough situation it made it all worth while. Thank you!
I just bought 2 sandwich’s and a med fry and they asked me at the window would I like any sauce I told yes horseradish please and when I got home there was none I guess that it’s my fault for not checking but if they wouldn’t of been horsing around they might of remembered very disappointed
