Just had lunch at Zip's in CDA and it was very good. Big pieces of excellent fish and the fries were crispy just like we asked for.
Could have better customer experience. Hands sauces out and says they don't put the items in a bag altogether.
Food and service were good. Burger was cooked fresh.

We're do I start? Fist thing is even though the menu says they have cheese sticks and blue cheese burgers I was informed that they don't have those items at this location.... REALLY? WHY ARE THEY ON THE MENU FOR THIS LOCATION? Second thing. The onion rings were burnt bad. Not just a little bit like charcoal... I will never eat at another zips.
I hadn't been to Zip's for over 10 years. The burgers, fries, & shakes were as good as I remembered, & my husband loved his, too. Service was quick & excellent.
Moved back to the area after many years and still the best burgers
