Extremely rude employees. All of them had attitude and lacked personality. Ice cream was lopsided. Cooks put fries upside down in another customers bag and were rude to those customers, said a careless “sorry” and walked away. Never coming back.
They sucked. Asked for mo salt on the fries had salt yucky everyone over salts and for people like me I cant do a lot of salt I do it for my actual health. Not to make them slower. Kid couldn't count money I gave him correct charge and a 20 so he owed me dollars but he also gave me change back ?. My biggest pet peeve is we learned basic math skills in what 2nd grade 3rd grade why can people not count change back without a machine telling them the answer. I just don't nor will I ever understand the lack of this skill it's basic. People teach your employees to count change back ita a huge thing how are your tills ever on? I will not go back here yucky
Cones are pretty decent DQ too far. My doggie and I enjoyed the vanilla no chocolate, oh dang, gotta eat that when your dog not looking ?
Our family of seven ordered a variety of meals and we all received excellent food and service. The fries were hot and fresh. The chicken strips were made to order. All of the burgers tasted great. The location is just a block or so out of downtown CDA, and has some onsite parking. If you’re looking for a simple burger option for you or your family, you should certainly check out this location.
I placed our order through the drive through. We were given food, but it was someone else's order. I touched the food as I was looking through the bag before realizing it wasn't my food. I walked it back in and explained that we had received the wrong order and that I had touched the food.They gave us the correct order but then I watched him hand the touched food to the car out the window. When I called him on it, he just shrugged and ignored me. Absolutely disgusting!! My hands were not clean.
These guys have great chicken strips and crinkle cut fries, but the prices are high and their kids meal is over $8 each & we didn’t even get a free ice cream cone card. Things have changed. I suppose it just means we have to look for better values around town. The location is probably pretty expensive to pay property tax on.
Awkward. A tip? Do I want to add a tip? Through a fast food place? I’m confused & super awkwardly wondering why. Then, when I got my food from the young man with curly hair. He handed me my food and just stared creepily at me. I asked him if he was okay because he literally looked looked something was wrong. He looked at me and just said, “are you okay?” And shut the window. I have lived here my entire life and never been so creeped out at a food place. I immediately pulled over and threw my food in the garbage. I don’t trust him AT ALL. I will NEVER go here ever again. Stay away!!!
We stopped by for quick lunch had fish and chips. The cod tasted really fresh the drive thru guy was so very nice. And they where pretty fast
I think its annoying when you have to go back for the same sandwich to be remade 3 different times and just say forget it when it needs to be remade the 4th. But they always have huckleberry shakes!
