I have never witnessed such bad customer service and by the GM!!! I was actually working there as the assistant manager and her behavior towards customers and even employees is beyond disgusting. I pride myself on great customer service and to be behind the counter with her was to much for me to handle. I no longer work in the establishment due to her. If you choose to order from here, I really hope everything comes out right because it will be your fault if it doesn't or you're lying to get more food. :/
This was a great wings hot spot. But during my last couple orders the Quality has gone down, Drastically. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered a mix of classic and boneless because of kids. When I got home the wings were all classic, thr fries were pretty bland now. Let's hope for a good turn around but for now, Buffalo wild wings will be the spot.
Use to be great! You can definitely tell there is new management. The service sucks plus they forgot our fries. When we went back in to get them they told us it would be four minutes. After waiting for four minutes they asked us what we were waiting for again and then I heard the girl in the front ask them to start the fries! Once we got the fries they were soggy and had little seasoning. This use to be one of my favorite places. I'm sad that it's gone down hill.
This place use to be good, seems like new management took over or something. They have no idea what they’re doing, charged me extra for things they didn’t end up giving me (paid for an extra blue cheese, didn’t get it. Paid for a large fry and they filled it half way). Not going back, it’s a shame. Use to be really good. Now I gotta find somewhere else to get wings. Really disappointed, avoid this wing stop.
I ordered 50 different wings, which was a big mistake. I have had turkey jerky that had more moisture in it. And of course my order wasn't right, so go to your Buffalo Wild Wings and enjoy.
The new owners destroyed this place, I loved it one of my favorite places for wings now they forgot to make half my order and when I asked to get them they denied and when I asked for a refund. They said they will refund it later, I have given the new owners many chances and I have got raw wings and horrible customer service 10/10 do NOT go here.
They got our order wrong twice and there was hair in our food. We were promised a full refund and when we went in to get it we were told we could only get half due to the employee not documenting it. Usually we love wingstop but this one is unsanitary and the employees don’t know what they are doing. It’s wings not rocket science. Get it together people, wash your hands, put your hair up, you know like a 5 year old is capable of.
I've been trying to go here for months, but they refuse to open the dining room. It's not due to COVID, especially in Idaho, no one cares. It doesn't take more staff, it's just pure laziness because they might have to wipe down a table or two at the end of the night. Owners, your employees have realized they still have a job even though they have shut down half your business. Myself and many others refuse to carry out. OPEN YOUR DINING ROOM!
Sat in front lobby over 40 mins watching people come In and out over and over for the staff in the back talking about how they pushed my order all the way to the back of the line just because we had bone in wings, I understand they take a little longer but if you don’t want to serve bone in then don’t offer them, the customers should be in line in the way the order not pushed all the way to the back over what they order.
I wouldn't recommend this place. They will just make your food and let it set on rhe counter tell its flipping cold. And laugh about it cause it's not there money there wasting
