I’ve been thinking long & hard about how I wanted to phrase my review of Wine House. I visited Wine House a few weeks ago with my best friend & we were sitting at the bar simply having a conversation about our similar upbringings when a very unruly & presumptuous man inserted himself & his opinions into the conversation, ultimately telling both of us to go back to where we came from because we weren’t wanted in North Idaho. Occasionally, these things happen at bars & restaurants but the fact that it wasn’t dealt with & this man was allowed to misbehave & swear at us & treat us with disrespect all because he was a regular patron is precisely why I will never be returning to Wine House. I’m greatly disappointed with how horribly the situation was handled. Not saying it’s possible to avoid disrespectful behavior at all wine bars but places like LiveForBlu or Vine & Olive or Studio 107 are typically much better environments to spend your time & money at if you’re visiting or living in CDA.

It's based on performanceMy advice stop patronizing this place until they understand gratuity isn't a way to subsidized some cheap owner's reluctance to pay a wage, and a reflection of their customers experienceAs of the writing of this we haven't see our waitress on 30 minutes. Why you ask? Guaranteed 21% is your answer.
Stopped in for some snacks and wine. Very relaxed atmosphere great decor and awesome selection of wine. Get the hummus plate super tasty. Emily was hands down awesome hospitality ontop of it didn't miss a beat made the experience that much better great recommendations, much appreciated. BTW yes the walls are green not blue. Cheers!!
Great food, well priced and on very centrally located on the popular street, Sherman. Nicely designed and decorated, but have been there twice and each time have received less than pleasant service. It seemed like the waitresses didn't want us there, even though it was a new business! We come from the hospitality industry and wanted to leave big tips!
We really enjoy The Wine House. Good wine, good people, relaxed environment. Encourage all to support them.
Anyone who chases us down the street and hauls in an outdoor table to make room for us on a busy Saturday night so that we can listen to the live music and finish out our date night has my vote. This place is awesome. Come, enjoy the wine, and tip well. Cheers!
Great outdoor seating with fire place and heaters. They have different food options including desert. They have alternatives to wine.
5th time here and it is our go to wine place and excellent pizza flatbreads. Cookie for daughter beer cookie for daddy and wine cookie for momma.
Very nice atmosphere. The food was excellent, highly recommend the flat breads.
Cutest place in town to grab a glass of wine and small bite. We even brought our dogs so they could enjoy the atmosphere! The attention to detail in the design doesn't go unnoticed. Please open one in Missoula ;)
