I love wellness bar and all the locations meet expectations based on prior experiences except this location. I don’t know if maybe the employees are newer but their açaí bowls never have the same proportions that I get at other locations. On two occasions my bowls were only filled halfway. Another occasion on Wednesday my friend and I went in and told the two girls behind the counter we were going to sit outside while we wait. They let our food sit for 15 minutes on the counter and we had to go in to find it and no one else had ordered since we did. It wasn’t busy and they couldn’t even let us know it was ready. I work up the street from this location and would like to continue eating here regularly if some things were to improve
The place has great products but the staff always seems confused and don't have the answers to questions. I spen hundreds of dollars before anyone told me about the poi t system. Music way too loud in the downtown location.
I love the creamy chia toast as well. I can't wait to keep coming here to try everything since there are so many choices.
Found this spot while attending a conference for a few days downtown, and it was great to be able to be able to start my days with super fresh, healthy, reasonably priced juices and smoothies. Fantastic, super friendly staff as well, everyone I met.
I had a delicious veggie toast (hearty) and juice (nourish-mint). Satisfying and so very tasty. Lots of options, cute indoor area with down-to-earth/hippie/au naturale vibes. My food was prepared quickly, too.
Love all your locations. Everyone is fantastic. A few of us have been going every week to the CDA location. About 3-4weeks ago, we all noticed the acai portion of the bomb is different. At first we thought I was just not "cold enough", the consistency was off, but now it's it's new norm. Are you using a new brand? If so, please change back, it's not as good.
Stopped while driving through. Juices were good, nice choice of ingredient blends for my tastes. Way better than the franchises!
I've been coming here for a while. Live their bowls. Love their service. Found out today price was raised about a dollar.. I get prices going up, but they gave me half the granola and less fruit. Hopefully this is a one off bc w half the granola I'm supposed to get onto of less fruit it's Def. Not worth 11.66.
Wonderful fresh natural food! Had the Acai bowl and they even offered GF granola. Can't wait to have another one!
