This was our first time trying Triple B Backwoods BBQ so we got a good sampling of all the meats and sides so we could try all of it. This is BY FAR the best BBQ in the inland northwest starting with the home made sauce! The spareribs were cooked to perfection! Tender and juicy with just the right amount of smoke bark. The Tri tip was delicious, tender, and juicy. The Pulled pork was absolutely perfect, the Mac & cheese was creamy and delicious, the beans were very tasty, and the pineapple coleslaw was delicious. My wife and I totally enjoyed all the deliciousness the we put in our mouths. We will absolutely be going back for more! I HIGHLY recommend this BBQ!!! Thank you Triple B Backwoods BBQ!!Update: Since our first time visiting this amazing place, we've tried to go back repeatedly after checking their Facebook page and attempting to calling them on the phone only to find that they weren't really open even though the posted hours said they would be. Very disappointing after driving 30 minutes from Twin Lakes to get there!
Finally! Some great bbq! We have tried all over the area and this was by far the best. Haven't had barbecue this good since we were in Oklahoma. Had a Valkyrie platter and rack of ribs to go. It was all finger lickin good! I especially loved the juicy tri-tip. Love the homemade sauce too. Service was fast and very friendly. Prices were very reasonable. We are already planning what we will get next time...Thank you Triple B Backhills BBQ! Now for a nap.
went there today. got the hot mess, it was very good the Mac and cheese and beans were on hit also. They also give military and first responders a discount.
These guys are hands down the best food trucks in the area, the one on best and Prarie do amazing food, great customer service and they care about their customers. Definitely worth trying weather your a local or traveling. If I could give a better rating I would. The picture doesn't do the foods justice. Try it for yourself and you'll feel the same way I do. This was the best BBQ I've had yet! We got a tri-tip sandwich, a pulled pork sandwich, as well as baked beans, and mac-n-cheese. The tri-tip was perfectly smoked, tender, and sooo good! The pulled pork was just absolutely melt-in-your-mouth, smoked to perfection as well! The BBQ sauce was spicy,, and sweet, reminded me of pineapples, very delicious! The baked beans were smoked, hint of sweetness, seasoned with garlic, just scrumptious! And the mac-n-cheese was divine! Garlicky, cheesy, a bit spicy from fresh ground black pepper, and the cavatappi was perfect for keeping the noodles saucy! I LOVED it! And I'm very sad that I won't be going to Coeur d'Alene again before moving out of state ? Thanks Backhills BBQ!

We really liked everything we ordered.The Armadillo Eggs are worth every cent! You will never have any like it. So delicious, neatly and made with care. We wish we ordered more to take home to where we live.
Food was so excellent, we ate it before we could take a photo! Did the junkyard dog which was loaded with Mac n cheese, pulled pork, beans, the works! Amazing. Also did the hot mess sandwich which was amazing. Left with some of there BBQ sauce, it was so good we needed some for later! Will definitely be back!
Was driving through and stopped for lunch. Had an Awesome smoked beef sandwich, fresh bun, lots of smoked beef, jazzed up barbeque sauce. Home made mac and cheese was some of the best I've had, great flavor and real cheese! Only regret was not getting the Ruben to go for the rest of the drive ?
Run,drive,fly,crawl do what wvery you must to get here to eat from this amazing truck seriously the best bbq!!! The P.O.M is what i got tonight and its a double burger with tri tip and pulled pork that alone is mputh watering all the meat is melt in your mouth tender and delicious i went one step further and got the combo with beans and mac and cheese and a drink! It was only $14.00 for this which is unheard of. The food was full of LOVE and you can tell! It was so amazing this will be the only place i get bbq!!!
