I must say the food is good and the lady up front and the chiefs are very nice. The reason for the low review is that the person they have stocking up the food was very rude. I had never been here before and kind of watched and learn how to do the process. As I waited for me food to be cooked a middle age man who worked there said excuse me so he could walk through to stock the food. That would have been fine but then he stated you pick the worst place to stand in a very mean tone of voice. There is no signs or instructions where to stand. I will never return to this business. After reading more reviews and learning the employee that was rude to me also is a cook. I see he must have a customer service issue and if I was a manager or owner it would be addressed now. Customer service is not for everybody and obviously he is one.
This is the only place "Mongolian" I go to. I have tried other places but this place is absolutely off the charts amazing especially with the selection of "sauces" that you could choose from and make every dish your own creation. There is one specific cook that works here that I really enjoy cooking my food but they all do amazing here, so I'm never disappointed (for long?).
My daughter and I went in on a Saturday at about 4pm. My biggest complaint is that we were seated and asked if we wanted anything to drink, but there was no menu or explanation of the prices or the process. We eventually went through the buffet line, but we didn't really think about the different size bowls or what AYCE (all you can eat) meant until it was too late... not that there was pricing listed for the options anyway. So, the bottom line for me... the staff was not unfriendly, but service was definitely lacking. The floors were sticky at the sauce area, but I'm sure that's super hard to prevent. The prices were high and the overall setting is just not as nice as the other place in CDA. BUT... they DID have pineapple, so they get an extra star for that! ;-)
Pretty good, wait staff was friendly. I asked cooks for well done, not really fulfilled; they were pretty curt with the person in front of me as well, kinda under their breath questioned his requests too.
I was pleasantly surprised with this great Mongolian barbecue place! Worth every penny! If you are hungry... They have an all you can eat option! But to be honest the Barbarian size is more than enough I got the medium and I was stuffed! Fresh ingredients freshly cooked for you while you watch! Really what could be better?!?
delicacy. Actually went here twice, Great Mongolian grill. Second time I opted for the largest bowl to have leftovers from the microwave in our Comfort Inn room. Great food but then I love that kind of food, always have. Great service.
Best food around. It’s my go too. Super friendly owners and staff and always fresh. Have been going here my whole life and will continue too. Don’t ever sell!
We came in last night and they were BUSY. From someone who also works in food service I know exactly how these nights but that didn't stop from the excellent waitressing from Kelly. She always had a smile, made sure we were doing okay, honestly did all of the little things to make the experience there a good one. If the owners are reading this, if there's anyone on your crew that you're thinking about giving a raise or a Christmas bonus, its Kelly.
This place fills you up!!! I always have extra to take home, so there is no need for all you can eat. The other mongolian place in town feels like you never get full and is all you can eat. Workers are great, pick your own food, watch it get cooked.
We had an early dinner here. The ingredients were varied and plentiful and fresh (except for the frozen shaved meats) so it was easy to create our dishes. The service staff was prompt, attentive, friendly and courteous. The price was good.
