I usually love ordering from taco bell to quell any cravings I have. But today when I ordered via Uber eats I got my food and wasn't exactly happy with the quality. The Fiesta potatoes barely had any sauce on them and as for my chicken quesadillas, they were slightly burnt and the chicken was chewy and overcooked. Also the sauce that is usually in the quesadillas was no where to be found.
Look if your door sais lobby closes at 10pm and uts 9:45 and you want to close early it would be customery to lock the door. 2nd if you tell someone to use the kiosk to order from in the lobby then makesure they can use it to order. 3rd Dont tell them they will have to go through drive thru when its literly roped around the building.1 strike is bad enough but 3 is totally unforgiving and supurb bad customer relations.
Everytime I go here the service is friendly. The store is clean and the food is fresh. Very consistent. Great job Manager and crew. Keep it up ?
I order a beefy five layer with no beef and there was barely anything in it! all i could taste was the tortilla. i also ordered a cheese quesadilla with light cheese and they put way too much cheese and no sauce. i also got a chalupa box and the burrito in that also had barely anything. wish i could get my money back. not worth it.
Terrible service. Showed up a few minutes after the lobby closed. The hours on the window said 7-10 or later. It was a few minutes after 10. So I walked through the drive through. They wouldn’t answer the speaker so I went to the first open window to order a few burritos because I was hungry and staying at the hotel across the street and didn’t have a car to get anywhere else. The guy that answered the window said that I had to have a vehicle. I tried to explain my situation and he asked someone I couldn’t see if he could just take my order. They apparently said no. I asked if it was the manager. He said yes. I asked if I could talk to him/her to try and explain and told him I wasn’t trying to cause trouble. The manager never came into view of the window. The kid turned back to me and just said the manager won’t talk to me and he can’t serve me and shut the window. I don’t understand the difference if you’re in a car or not to begin with, but, that aside, that was not the way to handle the situation. If there’s a company policy in place, I get that it’s not up to the employees and it’s their job to enforce it. How they handle it is up to them and managers aren’t paid to hide from customers. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful toward them and they were absolutely disrespectful to me. The manager on duty tonight shouldn’t be a manager.
Pretty standard Taco Bell experience however the older gentleman running the drive-through has a great sense of humor and keeps things really upbeat and positive.
They just simply don’t care and managers are worse then the workers, workers were very helpful and understanding but the managers being rude and slamming windows in my face ruins my experience.
Store was remodeled since last visit, looks nicer now. Condiments are back out in bins in the lobby again, instead of having to ask for them. Ordered 2 hard shell and 2 soft shell tacos, they came out in a timely matter. Appeared to be a little short handed but not a major problem at that time of day.
Always quick and great customer service! Food is always hot and delicious! This location is always on their A GAME to make sure your order is correct! Love it keep it up!
I got food from the drive through the manager that was working was so rude and me and my family are now experiencing food poisoning I’m having to go into the hospital to get fluids absolutely aweful experience
