If I could give them less stars I would I could understand waiting an hour in the drive through if they didn't have a parking lot full of employees. Also they butchered my order I asked for no cheese on my tacos instead I got tacos with no lettuce and cheese melted on top so couldn't even eat my dinner after an hour wait for it. Then they gave me some random thing I didn't order instead of my husband's crunch wrap. Horrible customer service and rude along with everything else. I feel bad writing this since I've been in customer service and know it's not easy but they aren't doing good.
My wife and I ate here yesterday and we both agree that this Taco Bell is absolutely the best we have ever visited. They were busy, however, our box orders came very quickly. Our meals just seemed to look better and taste fresher than we had ever experienced before. Brenda (the Manager) was cheery, efficient and professional. Actually, her entire team of employees were just great. If you need some fresh tasty food or simply an escape, this place is full of positivity. This Taco Bell is kept clean and is truly a top-shelf store that we fully recommend.
Wow! Talk about customer service, I have never had anybody pay for my food like this before. I got declined at their location for some reason there was an error with my card and without hesitation the cashier grace was willing to pay out of her own pocket for my food which was not a small order by the way so she got her manager and he ended up clearing or paying for my families food. I cannot tell you how thankful I am and how you guys were so sweet about the whole thing I definitely would not have been treated like that anywhere else and I definitely definitely appreciate you guys. Keep doing what you’re doing not to mention this was during rush hour peek and they could have totally been like sorry miss get out of line, figure it out and get back in…. Super happy with my experience! Jason and Grace you guys are rock stars continue doing what you guys are doing!
Lettuce tasted really old, other than that it was good. Always great customer service.
They forgot to give me my debit card back once but they were cool about it and didn't use it or anything weird ? when I came to get it the next day they remembered and were cool about giving it back too. Also you know, normal quality taco bell food and stuff.
The worst taco bell breakfast I ever had. Small portions.. I got a partial refund due to how small my cheesey sausage breakfast burritos because of how small they were. The 2 managers asked me why I was returning the 2 burritos. Portion is off because they are lazy and sloppy workers. 0 pride 0 care = no more going there anymore.
This Taco Bell really was on point. They are friendly and they made the food as if it was to appear as demo pieces for the menu itself. I have had both good and Very bad experiences at fast food establishments over the years, but when I'm craving a burrito or Chalupa from TacoBell, Im only going to go to this one from now on because of the employees genuine commitment to their job and doing it correctly.
Admittedly, my review is based solely on picking up delivery orders but I love picking up from Taco bell, they are almost always on time or even early and they are friendlier than a lot of places.
Food was good, place was clean, no complaints, just seems like taco bell ain't what it use to be, and not cause of the staff, they were great, I don't know, call me crazy,
Frequent here a lot and have for years and 99.9% of the time my order is perfect, delicious, and the staff is friendly. Like hardly ever do they make a mistake and if they do they fix it.
