Had some sushi, was absolutely amazing. I recommend the Godzilla roll anytime you are feeling something lightly spicy. Our server Katrina was very pleasant and she was on time and kept visiting and talking to us to make sure that everything was just fine. Definitely a great place to have sushi or tempura prawns.
If you want to eat with everything being perfect, look no further. As soon as I walked in the door, it was fresh. When the owner was inspired, it was legit. This is what LA would have. This is a find.Then our server. Katrina. That is who to ask for. She was a alive as the paintings on the wall and the open bar chef already on it. This place is a superior experience for your entire dining adventure. Look no further. Get down there and let that place rock your sushi needs.
The sushi was pretty good considering it all comes in frozen. I was told it was fresh by a friend and sadly it's not. I also ordered the tonkatsu plate and was let down. The pork was overcooked leaving it dry and the batter wouldn't stay on the pork. The BBQ sauce that was house made was too bitter and sour. I had high hopes for this place seeing as how I had a 45 minute wait on a Thursday night.
WOW. The Best Food Ever. I can not wait to go again, their menu is incredible. The waitress, Katrina C, made my experience Perfect. The music was not to my liking, but the food and service was exceptional. I have been waiting two years (Covid) to try this place and now this is the only place I want to eat out. Great Job People. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Went for an anniversary lunch today and the dining experience was amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh, the service was great, the atmosphere is really interesting and had my two year old intrigued (loved the giant neon dragon). We are already talking about going out for another family meal.
I always enjoy coming here and love the food - however, today one of the servers made a comment asking if I knew how much food I was ordering. Then proceeded to take my plate when I still had almost four pieces of sushi left on it, yet asked the people I was eating with if they were finished before clearing their plates. Honestly asking someone a question like that is extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve gone here for years and have never experienced that before so I’m just disappointed.
Do not hesitate to eat here. Experiences or no it doesn't matter. Totally enjoyable evening with multiple dishes. Yes, Monk Fish is available... :-)
Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Service was prompt but quite curt. The waitress acted as though we were a mere inconvenience during our entire meal. My 75 year old mother requested a fork because her arthritic hands no longer can accommodate chop sticks. I could have done without the waitress rolling her eyes. I’m grateful my Mom didn’t see that, but unfortunately my Dad did. A little kindness goes a long way.
