Worst, most disorganized Starbucks I have ever been. Staff had no rhythm or a planned station everyone was doing everything and yet no one was getting done. I waited 15 minutes for our drinks and food. I even almost left with someone else's food. I have waited at Starbucks with a 10 car line for drive-thru and 5 in the store and waited no longer than 7-8 minutes. And this is first time I have ever not given a Starbucks a 4 or 5 star review.

I worked here for about 8 months and there is so much I could say. This is truly the best crew I have ever worked with and I’m so happy I got the opportunity to work here. I left due to my own personal reasons but all of my coworkers were kind and supportive to my decision and continue to support me after. I 100% think this is the best starbucks team in all of northern idaho!

This is a nicer location, with the exception of having the most uncomfortable seating. The staff are helpful, the service was quick, and they had a nice selection of non-caffeinated drinks as well as snacks. There is outdoor seating, with umbrellas for shade. Would definitely go back. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because of the hard wood seats with no cushions.

It's Starbucks! Employees were great

The gentleman who took my order this morning was the sweetest. I was having a rough morning and for them to acknowledge that and make me feel special. I want to cry: it’s the small things/ I got to my appointment and saw this on my cup. So sweet happy birthday btw, I saw your sash as I was driving away ❤️

Great Starbucks location with beautiful views. Staff is wonderful.

Upon walking in you are always greeted by the staff. They are very fast pasted on the job and still make sure your order is correct and your beverage is served to your liking. The staff are understanding and always have a smile on their face when greeting guests.

I used a gift card to purchase 2 bags of coffee. 1 Sumatra,1 Cafe Verona which they ground for me for home use.

I don't claim to be a coffee connoisseur, but I have been to a few drive up coffee shops. I had gone to a few starbucks but realized I must of had other people order for me I just remember the drinks needing more flavor, I believe I had had Chi Teas.So today I decided to brave the snow and head out to get a hot drink for my husband who had been out all morning helping people with snow blowing their driveways. Hes not a big coffee drinker (I know 1st mistake) and is diabetic (also a mistake in regards to starkbucks) I assumed they'd have sugar free, they do but only vanilla, so I asked if they could make something sweet with no sugar. The girl through the speaker said they could make something that should be good. When I got to the window the total was $5.57. I ordered a tall (small) drink basically consisting of warmed milk and sugar free pumps of syrup. while I wondered why it was so much I just paid and left. I talked to my girlfriend who was a consistent starbucks customer and told her what I had ordered, she laughed and said that's crazy I was charged way too much for what I received. So please just take note I'd like to let people know who are not regular starbuck customers to make sure what the cost will be up front for drinks that aren't on the menu they will put together ridiculous add ons to charge you for an overpriced drink. Lesson Learned! Head over to the smaller pop up coffee shops they're super friendly, have lots of options plus they'll work with you and wont charge you ridiculous prices for a small hot drink!
