I admittedly go to Starbucks too much, but this is the store I prefer and will go out of my way for! Employees are nice and they’ll fix your drink if anything is wrong with it. Today I got a Venti drink but it wasn’t filled and had about as much as a grande actually in it. Brought it back and they fixed it right away. Stuff happens here and there, no big deal!
I come here alot but they messed up by giving me the wrong sandwich but the manager said sorry but in a way that seem 100% un caring and then hung up on me when I said they should have checked before hand....as a manager she should not have acted like that when it's their fault and not mine.....I think I will going to a different one from here on out sadly because I like some of the staff

The chai is the worst I have ever had. It was so watery and nasty. I was really hoping for a bit better
35% of the time they do good the rest of the time they don't and when they do they have excuses and when they are out of something or something it broken they don't post it anywhere which is kind of sad. I'll be debating if I'll be going back since this happen allot

They have given me the wrong drink order so many times do not go to this location!!!
Friendly employees, store was clean, I enjoyed seeing real plants and flowers by the windows.
