My wife & I came here for lunch. We own a small restaurant in Bonners Ferry.The young man who took our order was courteous & professional at all times AND PATIENT!I asked a young woman to clean off our table. She Happily did it & explained they just went through a rush.I applaud the owner for employing young people & training them!Jay y Elva
Absolutely awful service. We are currently waiting after arriving over a half hour ago to order two subs. There were maybe five or six people ahead of us who have been waiting for who knows how long. There are still at least three in store customers ahead of us. When we arrived one of the employees had not shown up, which we understand can inhibit service speed. That is completely understandable, however, now there are three employees, orders are being mixed up and misplaced due to customers abandoning orders. The employees are moving like snails and look like they can’t even read orders or remember the order that the orders were placed in. We will never eat here again. With 3 employees, it should not take 40+ minutes to get through orders. The sandwiches should’ve been caught up much sooner.
Unforgivable service this afternoon. Sandwiches were good once I got them, but it took nearly an hour to receive. Workers were ignoring the phones (which kept ringing) and were producing about one sandwich every 10 minutes until the manager showed up and did everything for them. Frankly was shocked he didn’t ask them to go home because they were useless and he essentially made all the sandwiches himself. Will not be coming back.
Horrible service, waited for 30 minutes and still no sandwiches. Came in, one worker just taking orders, not doing anything else. Eventually other employees came in and then they started making sandwiches. 3 employees here now, moving at the speed of a snail. They turned off the open sign to try to deter people from coming in. Wish I could revoke my order and tip.
This review isfor the Kathleen store. Food is good but don't even think about going to the drive through. Sat there for 10 minutes on multiple occasions and nobody ever responded. They never answer their phone either. It was not like this a few months ago. Not sure what changed.
Staff accommodated my request for a bread free sandwich and nailed it!
We went through the drive through at their Kathleen and Government Way store in Coeur d' Alene. No one would come to the speaker to order so finally just drove up to the window. Snotty employees and after we'd driven away we found that our sandwiches were made...without the meat! Wouldn't recommend this place.

Good location, you ever just want a simple sandwich and some soup on a windy cool day? Well I lived here two years and missed this gem. The bread is amazing and the soup was really good, I recommend the southwest chowder. I had the reuben and it was really good. I highly recommend adding this place as a regular.
