Really slow service. I get it if the burgers take a while to make, but no reason why you can’t get the ice creams out to in a reasonable amount of time to keep the kids happy.-I was much happier when then the food arrived:)
This place is horrible. We waited in line for quite a while, ordered and paid and we are still waiting over half an hour past paying for a cup of ice cream
I was a fast food restaurant manager for 11 years, and I understand it's usually just a couple kids so I was understanding when it took 15 minutes to get my 1 meal out. When it was handed out they realized they missed a small fry. Said they would make it really quick. I waited for a total of 40 minutes. The 2 kids in the back that were there when I got the first part of my order, gone. So I'm not sure if they left and didn't say anything or what. Finally went back up to the order window and asked how long it was going to be. The girl there apologized, told me they were cooking and would be out in a second. Then gave me cold, soggy fries. I usually love Roger's. I'm not sure what happened today but I'm not happy. I should probably mention that my order was the only food. There was 2 shakes after me. But I heard no other food.
The burger is real meat, not over-cooked and made to your specs. They have a bunch of menu options and cheerfully took the onions off my choice.

These are not the super-crispy kind, but tender and perfectly seasoned. They also have perfect fry sauce available. I went when they just opened, so there was no wait but even if there is a line, it will be worth it. Highly recommended.
Amazing food, always delicious and fresh, we visit Rogers at their many locations all the time and it's always a wonderful, pleasant experience
We got a kid cone and a huckleberry waffle cone.. may not be fast food but unless you make the ice cream from scratch it shouldn’t take 20 minutes and still waiting to receive our ice cream. I have been here since I have a kid.. I know it’s hard with employees but what takes so long for ice cream that’s already made ? ?♀️?♀️?♀️
Always a good burger, and the fries are tasty, too.The Sherman location is a great spot to stop for food when out on a bike.
First off, the food is excellent. Got a double cheeseburger and a huckleberry shake, both exceeded my expectations.However, the service was VERY slow. There was only one customer in line in front of me and I had a small order. There seemed to only be two workers, so I understand the service wasn't going to be "fast food" quick. But I waited over 20 minutes for a burger and a shake. Only deducted 1 star because the food not only tasted good, but looked great as well. 5 stars for food, 2.5 stars for service.
I'm a local and have eaten here my hole life. Never have I had 14 year old looking kid be so rude and then after taking a order tells me and my kids they can't order for a half hour. Why can't I is it because your slow????? Lost the respect of local.
